What impressed me most was her professionalism and genuine friendliness. She treated every customer with patience and respect, making the experience not just pleasant, but memorable. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about providing excellent service.
Employees like Anna are a true asset to your team. Her dedication, attentiveness, and positive energy not only enhance the customer experience but also set a high standard for service. I sincerely hope her efforts are recognized and rewarded, as she absolutely deserves it.
Thank you for having such a remarkable team member.
I am writing to share feedback regarding an experience I witnessed during my recent visit. While I was waiting in line, the manager or shift leader on duty spoke rudely to an employee named Josh in front of customers.
Josh had politely asked if I had a pickup order while another employee—who appeared to be new—was assisting a different guest. The manager or shift leader interrupted and told Josh not to help us, stating that he was not listening to her. The manner in which this was said came across as unnecessarily harsh and unprofessional.
Having worked in customer service myself, I understand the importance of training new employees, but I was always taught that acknowledging and assisting customers should remain a priority. Despite the way he was spoken to, Josh remained calm, respectful, and continued to demonstrate professionalism.
I was very impressed by his composure. I felt it was important to bring attention to his dedication and positive attitude.
The management needs to either pay them more so they can do a better job or just hire more people.
