Placed order at 11:40 and they called me AN HOUR LATER at 12:41 to say it was canceled because the driver left at 12… So while I’m sitting here waiting for food to be delivered because according to the tracker it went thru all the steps to be delivered. Now I have to wait 3 business days for the $38 refund and out food. Good job dominoes Never ordering from here again and we ordered frequently.

We really enjoy the pizza from Dominos and definitely prefer it to the other brands that are available nearby. The handmade pan pizzas are particularly wonderful, and I really like that you don’t have to have a tomato based topping; I’ve fallen in love with the garlic parmesan. Service is good and it’s always hot and ready when the app says it is.

Pizza and bread sticks were delicious beside the fact the pizza was barely cut but still some good dominos pizza! My bbq wings on the other hand completely different story. I really dont want to even eat them, they remade and redelivered it, but neither of these look like the product on the website, and all i was told was thats how they do it, and i need to ask for extra sauce . Ordered a pizza and a so called Philly Steak sandwich for delivery there was a pinch, and I mean a pinch of meat on all that bread that cost $7.99. if I didn’t have my grandchildren I would have taken it back up to the store in South Chicago Heights Salk Trail ,It’s a shame that they rip off paying customers . Yeah really bad experience. Showed up without my 2 liter and won’t refund my money. Instead I can only get an in-store credit for the item not delivered. The delivery email gives you a manger name to ask for if there’s a problem. But good luck with that. There’s no speaking to the manager if you call with a problem. Sorry just not what I hoped for. I tipped 30% ordering ahead of time. Regretting that.

Im giving 5 stars just because the cashier was nice and very attendant and did his job very well. The pizzas were really good until a hair came out from my mouth. The workers from there didn’t have hair nets and didn’t have gloves and one of them was cleaning and doing a pizza at the same time. Yall should pay attention on the cleaning.

Should have read the reviews. Place is trash, paid for the order online it never came. They refused to answer the phone by picking up the phone and placing it on the counter and then putting the phone back on hold. They did this for almost an hour. Texted customer service and they decided to answer the phone and said they were just now making my order. People who play like that probably do stuff to the food. Just plain weird, creepy goings on. Won’t ever order Domino’s again, they cannot be trusted.

Ordered delivery. Received food on time, driver was nice. Received what should have been a “free mystery gift”. The charge pending appeared correctly on my bank site, but cleared the bank 3 dollars higher than it was supposed to be the next day. Someone at this store put the charge through for a higher amount than they should have. Recommend anyone ordering from this store, check and double check the charges on any credit/debit card
