Man…I have been in the industry and I don’t complain when I see that the person is putting some effort into making things right but it seems like the girl who prepared my food just couldn’t care less and that is why I am mentioning her. I got the wrong sandwich and asked if she could make the right one. She did but she was touching the bread after being at the register with her bare hands and the sandwich looks/taste terrible . The alfredo pasta also looks/ taste terrible . This sandwich and the other one I got wrong made it seem like they can not even cut a bread to make the sandwich right. I order dominos every now and then so I know what to expect, its cheap but still totally not worth the $15 I spent. The guy that was w her seems nice and looked more concerned but the girl… . Girl, get yourself together.

I like Dominos but my order is always being messing up via their online app. I was over charged and didn’t get everything I ordered. Didn’t get my bbq chicken. I had it as delivery and waited for almost 40 minutes. I had to go there myself to go pick it up and still waiting in line for another 30 minutes. There were two other people in front of me. They had only one guy working the line while two other guys just stood around because they were delivery drivers. They didn’t even refund me for the missed item and the tip for delivery that I had to go pick up myself.

Never really had a food issue before but after an hour my pizza had so much sauce it slid apart picking it up. My stuffed cheese bread was still raw underneath. And the pizza was not even cut all the way through. Management should do better training some of these workers. No one wants raw pizza

First time I’ve gotten domino’s in years. When I was a late teen/early 20 something it always tasted like cardboard to me. My kids where hungry, husband was getting a haircut next door and had him pick up an 1/2 an 1/2 pizza and garlic twists. Tried each and was pleasantly suprised how good it was. Just enough of everything and a nice crisp crunch. Not burnt not stale. Will be back!

2 items for $6.99 each, not a bad deal. First time I ordered the regular crust, second time I ordered the thin crust. NY crust is just right. Easy to order on line and will continue to do so, cheeper than buying frozen pizzas. My only complaint is that the toppings are way too light.

Paid with card over the phone only for the delivery driver to show up and to be told we needed to pay again….so what happened to the credit cards number we gave? Someone pocket it? Then the driver proceed to leave the pizza on top of his car letting it get cold. Worst service ever. Delivery driver tried giving me an excuse that the systems glitches. I don’t buy that. Very unprofessional and will be ordering elsewhere from now on.

It was so busy!! Yet I was waited on immediately! Each person was busy either with a customer or preparing orders. I was extremely impressed with a young man who was busy doing everything! He had taken my order and then immediately started preparing. As the food was coming out of oven… he switched gears and started pulling out pizzas and cutting and boxing. He was nonstop!! Was smiling and chatting with other team members and making sure all was getting taken care of. I had order 3 pizzas and the bread curls and my family absolutely loved every piece!! This is the first time going to this Dominoes and will certainly be back! Oh and I asked for the young mans name and was told it was Jimmy! What a great asset to this establishment. I’ve been in business and retail and certainly know a great employee when I see one! Great job to all 4 team members that were working!

The worst delivery experience I’ve ever had. Placed an order at 7:55 and was told it would be 23-33 minutes. Waited til 9:05 and decided to give a call to see what happened. I’ll leave out all the boring details but the person on the phone was very rude. He explained that he had lost a driver and was stuck with one. OK, I’m a reasonable person and things happen. No problem, when will the pizza be here? Is it still hot, or is it an hour or more old? He answers with “Uh, I don’t know, I guess I’ll have to check. I may have to remake it, because who cares about wasting food, right?” I was very confused, did this suddenly become my fault? I completely understand things happen, but to treat your customers like that is exactly how you get people to get frustrated and not want to ever come back.
