Ordered delivery, and around the time it was supposed to be delivered, website tracking said it had been delivered, but it hadn’t. 15 minutes later, I called the store to make sure it wasn’t delivered somewhere else. They said it was busy and they were running late, and that the driver should be right there. 20 minutes after that, I still hadn’t heard anything so went to call the store again – then received a call from the delivery lady who said she was there and told me to go outside to get it from her… I went to meet her and she did not say a word to me, she just opened up her delivered bag and held it out so I could grab my order, and then left. No apology or anything when the order was close to a half hour late (an hour total wait). I’m fine with an order taking long or even being delayed, I get it – but this should be communicated; the website should not say it’s delivered when it hasn’t been, and DEFINITELY at least the employee should apologize and be friendly to the customer, especially when I was being friendly and not rude despite the delay.

We were looking for a bite at like 9 pm and ended up ordering online here. Worst decisions. Hawaiian pizza was so nasty and pineapples tasted like they were out and about for a long time. The bell pepper it comes with it also not a good addition to it. We also had a Buffalo chicken pizza. The Buffalo sauce looked like it was distributed I’m some areas and others they didn’t care about it. Let the pictures tell you how dry it was. And we couldn’t even picked it up. It was just to saggy. Never ordering from there again no wonder they were 50% . Also if you’re going to offer curbside pick up follow your screen. It clearly Said my friends name on the screen but the guy there just ignored it and went on to do whatever he was doing.

Ordered two pan pizzas for pickup- one of them was made with no sauce. I called from home after discovering the mistake – three times and each time my call was picked up (after going through the menu options, listening to their “ads”, and a period of holding music) the person immediately hung up. I took the pizza back to show them, they then proceeded to remake the pizza. We received no other compensation for the inconvenience beyond a “sorry, would you like a sauce?”Ridiculous!!!

Horrible service. I ordered pizza for my daughter’s birthday party the previous day and around the time of delivery I started calling them . No one picked up the phone for 15 minutes and I decided to go there to see what was going on. The place was dark and locked. There was only one lady inside that barely spoke English and she managed to tell me only there is a big problem and nothing else. I had to go quickly to Caesars pizza to order something for my guests and that saved the day. The next day they were open and unfriendly manager there told me just that they had a problem and my money will be refunded. He said that the owner will call me and no one called me up until now. Money were refunded but they are taking it easy and you cannot rely on this business. Will never visit again!

Worst experience ever! Last night I ordered 2 pizzas and cheesy bread. When it finally got delivered the cheesy bread wasn’t even cheesy bread. There was no cheese on it so I called to complain and was told by someone who I believe was the manager on 07/14/22 that he will redo it himself and it will be delivered shortly. Guess what! I never got the cheesy bread! When I called the following day, another manager Luis said that they can give me a new cheesy bread but that I will have to pay for the delivery! I forgot to mention I never touched the bread because I was supposed to return it! Avoid this place!!!

This location doesn’t deserve any stars. I ordered pizza which was fine. What wasn’t fine was the little boy Juan who thought is was ok to write himself a tip, after he handed me my pizza and just ran back to his car. Better yet I tried handling it by calling the store and letting the manager know and was told they were to busy call back next week. Which means to me that they already know and don’t care about someone forging documents representing the company. If he has done it to me I’m sure he does it to other people.
