Let’s preface by saying that our kids have consistently ordered from this location for 2 years now. Tonight, we ordered a simple cheese pizza and cinnamon sticks at 5:31pm, by 7pm we became a little concerned about order and called to check. We were told by employee they got a little busy and were behind but driver was around corner, ok cool. 1/2 hour later nothing, we call again, this time a little more upset but still respectful, asked for status and waited 8 minutes while lady checked, driver showed at 7:32 driver shows. I respectfully asked that my order be reconciled in some way because 2 hours for a cheese pizza and cinnamon sticks seemed a little much to wait 2 hours. She began to tell me it’s really not her problem, and I asked for our ticket to somehow be reconsiled, where she told me that she took my number down and will refund me but make sure I’m blacklisted from ever ordering from them. I’d like to commend the great customer service on her part, rather than accepting any responsibility and rectifying a situation to make it better, she’s decided to lose a weekly customer. Great job by Dominos AH. Btw, food was ice cold and threw it in the trash where it belongs.

STAY CLEAR of this Dominoes. The Manager is completely rude, argumentative and very defensive – but mostly unprofessional & dishonest. During this great 7 topping $9.99 special Ive ordered several pizzas- mostly from the Dominoes on Arlington Hts rd just south of Central. When I order extra cheese they are very generous with gobbs of gooey cheese _ extra sausage there is litetally a bunch of sausage just stacked up making it a fery thick and great pizza. I thrn ordered the same xtra cheese and xtra sausage from 325 e Rand….and the result: very skimpy cheese and ZERO sausage-None. I called to the mgr and he claimed with the 7 ingredient pizza..theyes too much topping and I wont get the usual serving. He said he made it himself & knows for sure he added sausage. The proof is in the pudding. look at the 2 photos: one from S. Arlington hts rd lication and here. No comparison!!! night & day. plys he claimed I was lying and I was clueless. He pratically cussed me out as I came in for the replacement that was also skimpy & a little bit better! look at the comparison photos and NEVER come here. Worst Dominoes ever!!!! And I’ve been to over 30+ of them. plus a mgr who hates his job & takes it ourt on his paying customers!!

Most laziest staff, no matter you go in weekdays or weekends. eventhough they are not busy at all. They will make you wait for curbside delivery for almost 30mins. And when you go inside to pick up after wait. They would literally ignore you for 10mins. Until you ask for your food. By the time you getit it’s cold. Also you never get your full order always something missing . Worst staff

Our weekends are never complete without ordering pizza from Domino’s. Their deep dish pizza is awesome. I love their Alfredo pasta too. The specialty chicken ( Spicy jalapeño pineapple) is amazing and a surprisingly tasty dish from a pizza place. Home delivery makes our cozy weekend perfect- especially in the winter months. Reducing a star only because of the inconsistent service. Sometimes the delivery takes too much time. The deals are really, watch out for coupons delivered to your mail and also the free pizza gets added to your account as you keep ordering from Domino’s. while placing order online, try different combinations of coupons and free pizzas and opt for the best price deal.

You couldn’t pay me to waste money at this domino’s location. I’d rather see the money burn than patronize them.
The staff are lazy and rude. Service, if you can call it that, is all but non existent. Delivery times for address LITTERALY down the street and ACTUALLY within 20-30 min walking distance takes hours. The food arrives stone cold about 1-2 hrs later.
Be warned, don’t order delivery!

We ordered a large order of pizzas for a kids birthday party. The delivery driver ended up calling in sick so the general manager delivered the pizzas himself and was even 15 minutes early which was amazing! We only found out about the driver at the time of delivery so there were no issues at all. Everything from me ordering online the other night to receivng the pizzas was great!

The food was never delivered. We ordered. The store sent a tracker link. The driver made three other deliveries and went back to the store. He then made two deliveries and went back to the store. We were at a friend’s place that was two minutes away. After almost an hour we couldn’t wait any longer. We had to catch the train. We couldn’t wait until he felt like delivering anymore.

We have been ordering pizza from dominos for years and today when we ordered the thin crust pizza recipe had changed. When I called the store I was told oregano is part of thin crust pizza recipe for years , either all the earlier pizza that were delivered to us were made incorrectly or dominos you just lied to us. If you mess up just own it, anyways it tasked BAD
