I went to location just to be yelled at by Josh that store is closed and to Go away!!! I crave Domino’s pizza. You can imagine how disappointed I was this weekend when I received a large, dry, overbaked extra pepperoni with Italian sausage and mushrooms that I didn’t need 2 hands to count the number of pieces of mushrooms. Did an online order. They forgot to add Buffalo sauce to my pizza. I made a call to the store, and they remade my pizza and delivered it super fast. They did a great job fixing the issue.

I ordered a pizza, garlic knots, and lava cakes. Total being around 42.00. I was at work and asked that it be delivered to the office. I work at a hotel. The delivery guy went into the office and front desk clerk was away for a couple minutes. The guy waited 40 seconds ( he’s on video) and left. I called several times without an answer. Then after waiting for almost 20 minutes a guy answered. I told him what happened and he started yelling and being rude about how he’s the only one in the store and that my food hasn’t even gotten back to the store yet. When I asked about speaking to a manager he said he was the manager. He told me if I wanted to play that way that he would just cancel my order and refund my money. All the time having an attitude and yelling. What he doesn’t realize is that my husband orders pizza from them at least 4 times a week for the last year. I told him I would just call corporate and he hung up on me. Very poor customer service. They just lost us. Very rude and has no business dealing with ppl in any form. This was at the Helena store on Last chance gulch.

Miserable experience. Food arrived late and cold. Driver “left [our] salads at the last address.” Then called 10 minutes later to say he actually forgot to grab them from the store. 20 minutes later, there was no sign of the guy. I called the store. They were polite and apologized and said they’d fix it and throw in a couple of sodas. 5 minutes later, the guy shows up with warm salads and no sodas. The driver wasn’t necessarily rude. I would say he was “surly.” I like Domino’s ok, but this just isn’t worth it. There are too many other inexpensive and decent pizza options in town.

I go to dominos a lot and usually they are pretty good but lately the prices have been going up and up like everywhere else. They messed up my pizza and I called in to let them know, I was offered the option of having it remade or getting a free pizza on my next visit. I chose the free pizza so I wouldn’t have to go back to the store from my house. I called to redeem the free pizza the next week and…they wouldn’t honor it. I hate it when people go back on their word. Longtime dominos customer but tonight I’m going elsewhere.

Drove to this place from Las Vegas Nevada. Needed so R&R In between my long journey. I checked into the Ramada and was going to order Papa John’s because it was the first thing I saw right before I got to my hotel. I tried to call them to see if they deliver to the hotel but after 20 mins of trying to contact them and having to find out from front desk if they deliver I decided not to order because you get an error message if you call to put an order in. Then if you select option 5 to speak with someone for “other” or to complain to a manager you will get ignored and sent to a hold. Then there’s all those 1 star reviews.

I order delivery online. It takes my payment. It goes through. It’s out for delivery. Then I get a call that I’m out of the delivery zone and they have to cancel. If that’s true why was I able to order in the first place. Very unprofessional delivery driver just being lazy.
