Domino’s in Williston is pretty good for the most part. Like most busy spots around here, it can be a little hit or miss depending on the day and who’s working. But when they’re on, the pizza is hot, fresh, and actually tastes like real food — not just a greasy circle of disappointment like some of the other places in town.
They usually get the order right, the crust has flavor (especially the garlic seasoning), and the delivery is pretty fast compared to local standards. It’s not gourmet, but it doesn’t pretend to be. And honestly? It’s one of the more reliable chain options in Williston when you want something decent and don’t feel like gambling with your appetite.

I feel so bad that I have to say this, but maybe it will help then step up their game. I ordered a thin crust veggie pizza and a pan crust pepperoni pizza; neither had sauce if you ask me. There was no flavor at all. I asked for a well done pan pizza and it was floppy. I’m just so disappointed that I won’t order again and I wish I could get my money back. Do better Dominos. Also, spread the onions on the veggie pizza and less would do it some justice.

Came in to check on my order and Daryl or whoever came to talk to me, I asked why they weren’t answering their phone as my app wasn’t telling me anything about the status of my order. He proceeds to tell me that they aren’t answering their phone because they are busy. Fine, fair enough. Then tries to throw me attitude asking me if there’s a problem. I told him no, and he apologizes, which is all fine and welll and tells me they’re getting people in asking about their orders. I get if your having a bad day, but you should NEVER talk to customers that way. There’s no excuse for that.

Did and order online. Donald delivered and Clayton made the food. I wanted to do more review on the site itself but didn’t let me so i came here. First in this town they have no pride for food it’s push and go… most places you wait 1 hr minimum.. online said 30-40 Donald delivered it in like 20 minutes. I figured hey that was quick.. either pizza all over or not cooked all the way… opened the boxes and looked like you could have put it in the commercials. Hot fresh steamy goodness and perfect. I have ordered from a few places in town but this is the best experience I’ve had lately around these parts. So thank you Clayton and Donald for what you do! We appreciate the speed, freshness, and all that! and the pregnant wife is beyond happy especially when she was craving the feta cheese pizza adding mushrooms! You rock!

I placed an order at 5:30 pm to be delivered at 6:30pm. At 6:32 pm I looked at the tracker and it was blank. I then checked my emails and nothing showing I ordered several pizzas except my order was showing on the app. I called Williston Dominos where I interacted with Hayden. This boy is HORRIBLE! I explained about the order and he said “I found the order it’s done but it will be another 30 minutes before it’s delivered” I said “excuse me”. Hayden repeated what he said again but a little slower like I didn’t understand. I asked for his supervisor. Hayden said “he’s busy”. I asked for the managers name and he said no. I asked for a corporate number Hayden gain tells me no. I said this is crazy. It takes 8 minutes to cook a pizza and you’re telling me I ordered over an hour ago and now you said it’s not going to be delivered for another 30 minutes. Hayden says “yes we’re busy”. Then he hung up the phone.
We went down to Dominos because I had to feed my family and didn’t want the kids to eat at late. When we got to Dominos guess who we got… yup Hayden. I asked for my tip and delivery fee to be refunded seeing how I drive down to pick up the food. He said he would get me my order and only refund my tip. I demand to speak with the manager. The manager did apologize and did explain the huge amount of order they received before and after I submitted my order. Completely understandable. However, because Hayden was horribly rude over the phone and in person he caused an unnecessary situation. I can’t give my business to a place that condoned Hayden’s type of customer service. I get I’m only one person but when is enough enough…

I ordered through the app 3 items. The pizza I wanted was wrong. So my fiance called and the manager answered the phone didn’t let him talk, and said we should be grateful to even get our order after waiting 2 hours and hung up. Definitely won’t be going through them again and I will be getting ahold of their headquarters.

Used the app to order dinner. It was quick and prompt. My son went inside to grab the food and was impressed how the staff treated him. They offered to help him to the car and asked him how his day was going. He said everyone was really happy working together and created a fun atmosphere. The food was awesome and nothing was over or undercooked. We will return soon.
