Always solid, get delivery a few times a month and majority of the time foods fresh and made well even with requests. Occasional longer than normal delivery in the evenings but it’s dominos statistically the most popular pizza chain in the US over the last decade lol we all want pizza on a Friday night. its worth the wait especially if you have the app iykyk 🙂

Its unreal how she provides consistent and outstanding service each visit and the food is hot and fresh and the service is so fast. True blessing for the Valley here in Rapid City. I ordered the cheese dip, because someone told me how good it was. I brought it home and all it was is shredded cheese burnt in a pan. Very disappointed. I also saw a bunch of pizza pans just laying on the floor. Clearly non of the employees care. This place had made me boycott Domino’s. I tried contacting them and they haven’t responded yet and it’s been 3 weeks. Definitely worth going to Marcos or papa johns instead, so you don’t get food poisoning.
Update. I gave them one more shot, but when I ordered on the app it said it was only 7 to 17 minutes for my one pizza to be done. It took an hour and 15 minutes before it was done. They wouldn’t cancel my order and I had to pay before hand. I will never go back and tell everyone I know.

Always fast, friendly service and the food is great. I love the convenientce of the drive-up window for pick-up orders. I do wish there was a little more room to make the last turn around the building to get to the drive-up window though. If you’re driving a bigger pick-up truck, you’ll probably just want to go inside to grab your to-go order…

This Domino’s Pizza is unbelievable! My wife and I are full time travelers, have been around the country and then some…been to all kinds of Dominos, and have NEVER EVER received our pizza pippin hot…UNTIL NOW! We ordered a delivery of two pizzas and a 16 piece Parmesan cheese bites and received our order in right about 20 minutes! Pizza was hot like I ordered it at a place that I could sit down and eat it… I couldn’t even go pick it up and have it that hot unless I started eating it in the parking lot! AMAZING!!! FANTASTIC JOB TO ALL OF YOU AT THUS DOMINOS! IF I COULD GIVE YOU 10 STARS I WOULD!

Trevor was super nice when he delivered my Pizza. I’m traveling 34 hours back home he not only delivered it to the hotel but brought it up to my room. Just impressed with his customer service and kindness as that’s hard to find these days. Called the store back to adjust his tip on my card but the lady that answered seemed confused and unsure how to do that. Hate I didn’t have cash, I would’ve tipped him more!
