Went to Dairy Queen a few hours ago, and used the app to get free fries with our ice creams… When we got to the window they ended up charging us for the fries. When we let them know after seeing it on the receipt they said they couldn’t undo the charge. Then proceeded to argue about it and let us know next time we could use the app…we left. Realizing half way home we never even got the French fries that we shouldn’t have even paid for.

Trash service, longest wait ever, I also ordered a large fry that was half empty. Man this was a horrible experience that I cant even imagine how stupid of an ownership runs this company. They put your fries at the bottom so you cant check. I Believe this was the sadest experience at any restaurant or fast food location in my life.

Haneous. I got SOME CHEESE CURDS and a mocha blizzard. They both tasted gross but I don’t waste my money bro. Damn right I ate that shit!! Big mistake. I projectile vommitted all over my bathroom floor (didnt make it to the toilet) and ever since I went there Ive been feeling so super sick. Kill me it hurts so bad I hate puking. Yeah it’s also the first day of my period so I rlly don’t need this rn. The environment of this place also felt like a damn horror movie. One of the worst days of my life I’m just so glad I got to gossip with my friends here at least.

It took 35 minutes to get two hamburger two fries and two drinks. The burgers tasted like they had been cooked three times they were perfect leather hockey pucks. Inside the dining room there were leaks from the ceiling on both sides of the room. The areas were blocked off. I only gave one star because I had to give something. Wouldn’t recommend dining here.

An employee called, antagonized, and harassed my business after an incident they had that didn’t involve us. I’ve already reported the behavior to the corporate line and requested camera footage be pulled, it is absolutely unacceptable for you to take personal problems out on a neighboring business. The female ‘manager’ needs copious amounts of training if she has EVER been trained, instead of diffusing the situation she harassed people who weren’t even involved.

Walked in, told me they would be right with me. Waited 10-15 minutes. Waited patiently. It was busy. Then was told at 905 the till was shut off and if I wanted to order anything I needed to use the drive-thru, but I had walked there. Unsatisfactory customer service.

I did give another chance and you got some lazy worker at night that refuses to keep food ready to you have to wait forever to get your fast food. And they also give you your ice cream which just melts in the car while you wait.

My family and I just got our late dinner here while we was passing through to go back home and one of my children’s meal was missing one of the main components of the meal, we went back around to get this component (chicken strips) 2 piece and they wouldn’t give it to us without a receipt but mind you we legitimately just went through the drive thru and went right back and they still wouldn’t give my child their strips that THEY FORGOT to put in their bag

The worst dairy queen restaurant. Avoid this one at all costs.
I get my order and ask for lids on my blizzards and then she hands it back with the ice cream seeping down the cup and doesnt wipe it- just says oh sorry. I got two blizzards allover my new car and clothes. and then she forgot about the sundae so I had to remind her.
Then cherry on top: our drink for our sons meal was forgotten and we couldn’t even call to get it rectified because they have NO WORKING PHONE. It’s disconnected.
Absolutely horrible customer service.

Worst service I have ever received at any Dairy Queen location, not sure if employees are over worked or under payed. Will not be coming back to this location . Would suggest driving 25 mins out the way to a better location instead
