Ordered carry out and when got home pizza was mostly burnt and not acceptable. Called to get replacement but was told that is how thin crust will be but they will give me a coupon for discount next time. I really do not need a coupon for something I will not be able to eat.

May 2023 Update: Fear not, for the days of darkness have ended, and the pristine service we were once used to from Domino’s has returned! Gone are the days of endlessly waiting to see if you would ever actually receive your pizza, stale and cold. Delivery is speedy and you can again order with confidence that your pie will arrive hot and fresh! Thank you to whoever managed to resurrect this location from the train wreck it had become. I hope your efforts were properly recognized and rewarding by your employer as they are surely reaping the profits of your tremendous accomplishment.

They are def. getting back to normal after getting some help. I had to update my review now that they upped their game. The new employees didn’t deserve my last review. If you want to get food delivered, TRF is not the place. Order online and pick it up. I have yet to be disappointed. Again… If they keep it up the reviews will continue to go up.

Absolutely horrendous. I ordered my food on my way home from work, knowing they were slow anyways. And was still left, stomach grumbling, hangry. Called the store, was told “if we can get to you it’ll be at least another hour.” At 1930. I ordered at 1645. Attempted to call back, multiple times, and got ignored harder than the last time I asked my boss for a raise. I now realize why y’all did away with your delivery guarantee. I have better luck ordering Deeks pizza out of forks and picking it up myself than getting my pizza addiction cured from you guys.

I placed my order for delivery and called for an update, and they gave me a time estimate of “another hour”. Almost an hour later, they called me and told me “we cannot deliver today”. I understand short staffing and having nobody to deliver, but it would have been nice to know that before I placed the order or when I called for an update. I’m very upset. It’s 6:30pm now and the only other pizza place is closed.

I waited for my order to be delivered for an hour and a half and when it finally said it was “delivered” it was nowhere to be found. I then drove to the store.. defeating the entire purpose of ordering delivery. The man at the counter said I could have my order in 15 minutes without a care for the inconvenience of the situation. When we asked for a refund/ discount in addition to the food he said that he wasn’t willing to get us any food even though nowhere else was open so we couldn’t eat. I will not be ordering from dominoes again because of this experience.

I’m a fan of Domino’s. There has been the occasional hiccup but typically the pizza is made correctly, hot and on time. It’s unfortunate the shortage of reliable employees has caused such an uptick in bad reviews I’m recent times.

they delivered us the wrong order 1st and they had the audacity to ask if when they showed up if we would be willing to trade off the mess up for our actual order when they come by..so they could switch the other person’s food with ours and we said that’s so gross..and not a safe idea and they said they understood but THEN they were gonna bring us the order that we paid for but, after waiting two hours for our food i decided to call my local dominos and see what was up. i then waited through the automated messages the ads ect.. til it ultimately just said “goodbye” and hung up. i did this twice!! it’s been over two hours and the store isn’t picking up their phone but is still taking orders?? i haven’t had nearly this much trouble with dominos in the past and am very disappointed to say the least!
