Had either an order delivered to the wrong location or stolen immediately after delivery.
Gave a call to the store, and the quickly send out new pizzas.
This has never happened with this location before. But they quickly resolved the problem. And very quickly at that.

Word for word Was told by the manager Dan that it is their corporate policy that they only put meat on half of their sandwichs. What a joke. Do better dominoes. I would add photos but it won’t let me. What I got for a sandwich was a disgrace.

I never do reviews, but feel compelled after this experience. I ordered a pizza for delivery. They delivered it to the incorrect address. I called the store to see if I could get it delivered to the correct address, and the manager there (Kim) said no that it’s not their problem and she hung up on me. 🙁 terrible customer service, especially from a manager. I won’t be ordering here again, and Kim should be told to not hang up on customers. If the store delivers to an incorrect address more than 2 blocks away, shouldn’t they correct the problem?

Tad is the best driver, kind and understands I couldn’t leave a tip but promised I’d leave a review and he said it wasn’t a big deal but I always feel bad because I understand being tipped at restaurant/fast food jobs. He is awesome and love his attitude!

Super super fast delivery. I ordered online and got a thin crust small pizza. It was perfect and very delicious. Signing up for the text service to track your order was awesome. And my delivery driver Noah was really nice and did a great job. When I want a late night pizza, this will be the place I order from.

I ordered my favorite specialty pizza and garlic bites. Only for them to forget them. I haven’t had trouble with them before. So it’s really disappointing that they had to go back to get it. But otherwise everything was delicious.

I feel my pictures say it all. I ordered a pizza, chicken bites, BBQ chicken bites and cheesy bread. It was all burnt!! My pizza looked at though it was dropped. Bbq chicken bites were drizzled w sauce, not covered. They were over cooked and very dry. Needless to say, it was all over cooked, burnt and not worth my money. I barely ate a thing. Tried to eat just the middle or the topping of the pizza, too burnt. Chicken- yuck!
I called the next morning to talkin w/ the manager, at the time. He said he would discuss it with another and get back to me, I have never heard a word back!!

I took a long break from ordering because I got 2 not fully cooked pizzas in a row. Tonight was the 3rd. Jack the driver was great. My sammie was yummy. I had to cook my pizza several minutes longer to avoid raw dough. I hope the pix show it as much as we tasted it.

They’re always open, despite awful weather and they are super accommodating. I’ve had issues on the busier nights or the awful weather days BUT they’ve always fixed mistakes and the manager has personally re delivered food that was incorrect. Just make sure you call them if something is wrong! They go above and beyond to make it right! Not every franchise does that! The food is good, always hot when we get it and my kids appreciate that they can get pasta or other items besides pizza. They’re also reasonably priced and the app coupons are great! Thanks for being in our town!

Garlic Parm wings. Currently 7 months pregnant and was craving these, pretty disappointed to say the least. I’ve ordered from this location twice now, and last time I got broken and half made food. I gave them the benefit of doubt the first time like maybe this was just an off night. But then after this order it was clear that they make the food like they don’t like their costumers. I was hoping this wasn’t the case but when I called for a refund or some sort of resolution, the manager told me that my wings were made correctly and that if I didn’t like their “policies” to not order from them and then hung up on me. The phone call last all of a minute. Awful costumer service. He doesn’t have to tell me twice, I will definitely not be ordering from here again.
