Sept 26th, yesterday. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, Philly cheesesteak sub, & used my free 16 pc garlic Parmesan bread bites. While my pizza was amazing, pictured below are my beyond overcooked bread bites & my Philly cheesesteak sub. They offered me a free pizza or 20% off an order. they also charged my card twice for the order.

The quality of restaurants in Duluth have gone downhill so bad. Placed an order for delivery and was originally told it was a 40 minute wait, okay fine. Ended up taking over an hour and 30 minutes to receive my food, which was cold by the time it arrived. Wasn’t given a receipt and when I tried to call back it went to voicemail every time. You really shouldn’t use your websites pizza tracker if you’re going to claim it doesn’t work ever. Said my pizza came out of the oven and sat there for over 30 minutes until it left the store. Highly disappointed in this store specifically.

Over 2 and a half hours to get my food. No way I’m going to accept that. After it sat for probably over an hour in the warmer. 2nd time this has happened. Had to drive to hermantown location to get my new order that took only 30 mins from the time of order to get it fresh. This location will never answer the phone to cancel your order either.

Could see my sauce/cheese was seeping out of the box before I opened it. Middle is raw, edible enough but still.
Didn’t get my dipping sauces for my bread bites which I hoped to eat first while the pizza solidified so I could try to cut a piece off.
When I tried to call about the dipping sauces, store number went to some head quarters office and they eventually transferred me to the store. They said someone would be over with my sauces shortly. It’s been over an hour and nobody has arrived. Now the bread bites are cold.
Tried to call back again to request a refund; said they would transfer me to the store to deal with it. Never picked up, got disconnected.
Tried calling back MULTIPLE times, and it just goes to some message saying “Mailbox full, please try again”. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with this “service”, or lack of.
UPDATE: I ended up just riding my bike over since I couldn’t get through on the phone & the employee working did end up getting me a refund on the food items; so kudos for that..
UPDATE 2/25/25:
They’re always messing up my orders with SOMETHING I got ranch instead of icing for my Cinnamon Bread Twists lol. Called “store” aka headquarters somewhere else, told them the issue and got hit with “please hold, we’ll transfer you to the store”; briefly is on hold and then disconnects the call! I tried to call back, it hits me with a “this voicemail is full, goodbye” type message without even ringing. Whyyyy!?
I don’t drive, so I can’t just go get the icing

Simply walked in to place an order earlier this evening and the GM Greg just gave me the dirtiest look and walked away shaking his head without saying anything. I felt completely disrespected. Coming from someone who used to manage, that is not how you treat customers, that’s how you lose them. You signed up for that position, simply do your job respectfully or find a new career. You do not treat customers that way!!!

Every time I order from this location there is an issue! When ordering delivery it takes hours longer then the website says it will take. If you try to call to check on the status of your order they never answer the phone so there’s really no way to check the status of your order. The last time I ordered from this location I placed a take out order hoping that it wouldn’t take as long. When I placed my order the order wait time tracker said it would be 25 minutes. I waited 45 minutes and then tried to call down to the location twice to check the status of my order. Of course no one would answer the phone so I went down to the location to try to pick up my order. When I arrived the lady working behind the counter refused to come over and ask why I was even there another employee had to tell her to come help me. When she did she seemed annoyed she had to help me. When I told them my name said they didn’t have any carry out orders and they had been slammed so they didn’t know what tell me and I can go check the board for my order status. When I found my name on the board it said it would be another 70-75 minute wait. When I questioned why it was taking so long for 3 pizzas her and another employee proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do for me but they could cancel my order and I could leave. I said that’s fine cancel my order but I want a recent or proof they canceled it she’s started screaming at me that if I didn’t leave the store immediately she would call the cops. I replied with she can call the cops but I still want a receipt. She then starts yelling and pulling her hair making a big scene which was very odd. Kind of seemed like she was high on something because she seemed like something off and was acting very erratic. Finally another employee came up and canceled the order and gave me a receipt. I obviously will never order from this location and emailed corporate about the many issues I’ve had with this store!

This was the worst delivery experience I have ever had.

Ordered a bunch food around midnight Saturday night. Waited over and hour and half to get the food I was staying at a hotel. The driver tom called and said he was 3 minutes out. I went down to the lobby to meet Tom. Where he met me without all the food. He said he was going to go back and get the rest of the food and would be right back. He wouldn’t let me have the food he did diliver so he too back that food and Told me to wait in the lobby.he said ” ill drive straight there and back” after 30 min of waiting I called him back where he just stated red buttoned me. I was never delivered food. And was directly lied to by the delivery driver tom. Tom didn’t pack the correct order. Then tom told the customer to wait and he would be right back. Then never came back. But tom did mark the order as delivered to not get in trouble with management. So he also lies to his employer. Because of tom horrible customer service my family and I didn’t get to eat dinner that night. As this horrible experience took over 2 hours to not get any food. And by that time all other food places in the area where closed.

Tom should be fired. Having employees like this is what will make me never order from any dominoes ever again.

I ordered online for carside pick up. It took me like 4 times filling out and refilling out my order online because it kept crashing when I tried to pay. I know this isn’t this location’s fault but the fault of corporate/whoever made the app but I feel like it’s relevant to my experience.

I arrive at the store, check in on the app to have the pizza brought out to my car. It says it is ready. I wait over 5 minutes and decide they aren’t bringing it out, so I head inside.

Inside I tell them I ordered online and it says my order is ready. They tell me it is still in the oven. OK. I wait

While I wait I hear one employee swear at another a bunch because he made a pizza wrong, while a manager tells them to behave themselves in front of customers. Apparently the pizza wasn’t THAT wrong though because it looks like they sent it out.

I continue waiting.

Another customer who there before I got there is getting impatient. Their order is still not ready. They try to get an employees attention for awhile before FINALLY one notices. They want a refund. They are being persuaded to just wait for their order longer.

My order was marked “ready” at 5:30. It is now 5:55. I do not have my pizza. Finally I go to the counter to get an update. Turns out my pizza is ready now, and sitting there. Even though I checked in before no one felt it necessary to tell me it was finished at some point. I guess I would supposed to watch them pull out each pizza and ask if each one is mine?

So after waiting almost a half an hour after my pizza is marked “ready” I bring home my now actually ready pizza. I put it on the table. It was not cut. They did not cut my pizza at all. Thank goodness I own a pizza cutter.

Mercifully, the warming lamps at the store did their job. It is still an ok temp. After I cut it, it tastes ok. Not worth the hassle though.

I check back in on the app to leave feedback with Domino’s itself. The app will not let me leave feedback until my order is picked up. It does not believe I have picked up the pizza I have already eaten.

All in all a ridiculous terrible experience.

Every time I order from here, it arrives either cold or the wrong order. This time I got a whole crust pizza. I will not recommend this store to anyone. I was a manager at a Domino’s in Indiana, and this is the worst service I have ever seen.
