If I could give a no star review, I would. It took an hour and 45 minutes for us to recieve our pizza and when it did finally arrive, it was barely above room temperature. You can tell that the boxes had been sitting in the hot bags and the pizzas are burnt and the driver slid them. After everything is said and done, we spent $45 and I wish I had taken my money elsewhere. When the driver arrived, he didn’t apologize for how long it took. I can understand being short staffed but when our food is barely warm, you should at least pretend to be remorseful. We watched the tracker and it seemed like the driver spent 20 minutes in one place before he actually got to our house. Highly disappointed. Don’t waste your time, just order Jets or Pizza Hut instead, at least I know they’ll deliver me warn food.

I ordered delivery. (They delivered no problem last time. Driver refused to bring my food to the correct building saying they don’t deliver here. Driver then takes my food back to the store. I go to the store to pick up and they wanted me to pay way more than what the delivery cost was. NOT RECOMMENDED TO ORDER FROM THIS STORE!

So I made the order through the app for car side delivery. Somehow I got locked out the app and had to go in and get my order. Due it being car side they couldn’t get me my order without me selecting I’m here on the app. Only a manager could override and he was out on a delivery. Long story short I was able to get in the app. The staff thanked me for not being absurd and rude and being understanding. That night they were really working with a skeleton crew and was doing their best. This was about 3 weeks ago. So the the gentleman that was working that night thank you for your hard work and staying positive.

Have ordered from this location in the past and has not had any issues. My last 2 orders were below subpar. 1st one is a pepperoni bacon pizza with your regular amount of pepperoni but barely any bacon. It’s on 2 slice at most. 2nd one is a chicken Alfredo and bacon. With this one, both chicken and bacon are noticeably not present.. Will probably have to order from another store moving forward. Not sure how this even pass the quality check before going out the door.

Almost 2 hours later, I’m still waiting for my delivery. This store is a joke & don’t bother trying to call them because no one will answer. And cooperate is no help either. They’ll just transfer you back to the store that you made your order from.

Will never waste my time ordering from this store again. Waited almost 2 full hours and kept being told false stories that my order should be delivered in 10-30 minutes. My order was on prep the entire time. Wanted to cancel but the lady said call back in 10 minutes. Eventually did call again and cancelled the order. Should have learned my lesson when I had to call my bank last time to get my money back after being served black burnt pizza and a two hour wait with no worker answering the phone.

What a sad place, the dominos corporate or franchise owner needs to fire their district manager and find a person who can handle operations and FIND drivers and employees to service this part of town. After 1 hour of the app showing that food is still in prep, who wants to eat it? I ASK any dominos employees, would you feed cold pizza to your own children?

I have been ordering pizza from Domino’s for 35 years and this was by far the worst pizza I have ever gotten from Dominos and I have been to almost every location in Minneapolis and surrounding suburbs. The crust is thin and flat from the center to the overly bubbled edge. I ordered extra cheese and it does not have extra cheese.

Waited for an hour and a half for a pizza that was like left overs the next day when it’s left out. Not even able to swallow it, it was so dry and cold. Evertime at this domino’s it such a bad experience. The domino’s on 93rd is soon much better.
