I got a pizza with no garlic on the crust and a heap of sauce twice in a row now. The district manager Jacob was VERY kind and gave me a credit for the first pizza, but the second one still came incorrectly. The female manager who works nights (I didn’t get a name) isn’t the nicest over the phone either. But because of how quickly Jacob handled my issue, 2 stars is fair, but just for his effort. Nothing to do with the pizza. I think I’ll go back to ordering from the location in Crystal for the time being. This location used to be SO great :/.
I ended up making my own garlic butter, actually . I worked at Davanni’s when I was a kid. Here is the recipe:
1 cup of butter
3 tablespoons of garlic
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Then BLEND until fluffy 🙂

We just used our points for a free pizza, and what we got we super sub par/disgusting.
We asked for extra sauce, there wasn’t any on the pizza. We had to cut it ourselves because it was barely cut at all. There were also barely any toppings – NO sauce, light cheese, LIGHT TOPPINGS, it was supposed to be a 2 topping pizza.
We order from them allllllllll the time, giving decent tips and what we received today felt like a frozen pizza. If we went to the grocery store we could’ve gotten a better deal.
If accumulating points to get what we received today, this shouldn’t be a “reward”
We are extremely disappointed and unsure if we will ever order from them ever again. If Dominos can’t afford to give away free pizza as a reward, it should NEVER be an option, this is how this company LOSES customers.
This is BY FAR the WORST PIZZA we’ve EVER GOTTEN from this location

Quality Domino’s Pizza. Timely orders even during busy hours. I usually order medium pizzas for carryout, so I can’t speak for anything else. Parking is usually good, but can be a little tricky if they are busy. Note that the photos were sometimes taken after the pizzas were enjoyed (over the last few months). Edit: I use the app.

I have ordered here around lunch time on weekdays and the pizza is perfect! The young man is so nice and personable and prompt! This pizza is superb!

Typically we’ve had alright service, and often the same drivers. The past few times, we’ve had missing items on our orders. Called in and told they’d refund us, rather than supply us with the items we wanted and paid for.
Tonight, we ordered at 4:30pm, and had to call at 6pm, to see what the delay was. I was told the system “glitched out”, and that they would bring our food out. 40 minutes later, a driver showed up with half our order. Yet another phone call, where the person on the other end, offered politician-esq vague apologies. We were offered a refund, or have to wait 90 minutes for our items. We were also told, that our order had indeed been entered since 4:30pm (6:40pm at the actual time of delivery) But, the restaurant was “prioritizing other orders”
In a time where everyone’s dollars aren’t going as far, where you choose to spend matters a bit more. We’ll just choose to eat somewhere else. Maybe you should as well.

Pizzas were loaded with toppings, best domino’s in town. Staff are always nice and welcoming. I’ve never had any issues at this domino’s except my most recent visit when I ordered wings?? I just don’t understand why I’m always getting less then what I ordered??? Doesn’t matter where you order from you’re likely to get less especially when you order more?? Sorry dominoes but the 5 stars dropped to 4 stars with this one!!!

This used to be a good dominos but it’s severely gone down hill. We order probably 1x per month, the past three months it’s been over an hour wait even when the tracker says it’s ready to go, they don’t deliver all of the food that we ordered and paid for and then the manager doesn’t want to send their driver back out with the food. The driver told us our pizza had been sitting on the counter since he clocked in and that was 35 min ago. Like that seems unreasonable. Must need new management
