Ordered contact-less delivery. Delivery drivers shows up, rings the doorbell for TEN minutes, calls my phone multiple times. I go downstairs and guy is using the flashlight on phone to look into the windows. This was the craziest delivery I’ve ever had. It was 12:30am and I was laying down. He woke up other people in the building, I thought it was the police. Unacceptable. Oh, and check out the pizza. It was as bad as it looks.

Having experienced the Dominos where I lived during covid drastically lose quality over the next couple years, I figured I’d try out this one after moving about 1000 miles away from where I last lived in the hope it was still good. The answer is no, so I must conclude the decline is countrywide. I sat at the store waiting for my pizza to come out of the oven, took maybe 5 minutes to get it home, and it still tasted like it had been sitting out on the counter for a half hour. Give your money to literally any of the Minnesota local pizza restaurants/chains that are within a mile of here, they are all far better.

For the first time in my life, I was ghosted by pizza delivery. I ordered online, watched the tracker, watched the driver approach my home, was told on the app that my pizza was delivered, there is no pizza. I call the store repeatedly, someone picks up, then hangs up. I go to my driveway, there are tire tracks in the driveway, he was here! But to no avail, as pizza was not delivered. Later, my order was canceled.

They will literally gaslight you over the phone and force you to demand a refund with your bank or credit card company. DO NOT PAY WITH CASH because as far as I can tell, they will steal any change from you they can.

The last time I was here I ordered in person large cheese pizza with thin crust and another large pizza with normal crust. After waiting 45 mins, we got the other large pizza with thin crust and no cheese pizza at all. So they made the cheese pizza very quick for me – but with normal crust. They completely messed up the order – twice. Wich happens, they are crazy busy, I understand. But today I went inside with my son and waited 5 mins and no one even said “we will be with in a minute” or something. There are 5 people inside and they completely ignored us. So we just left.
