Literally every time I order from this location my order is messed up. This time my buffalo wings had basically no sauce on them and tasted a bit sour…also ordered a pep pizza with hot sauce on half (big surprise they didn’t put the sauce on AGAIN) I knew something was off again with this order when I picked it up, pizza box felt extremely light, pizza (med, pep buff sauce on half New York style) Literally paper thin! And no heat coming off of it at all, ice cold! This location is a joke.

I advise to always call and see whos working. Kaden is about the only one that sends out good food. I got wrong topping cold pizza flat cheese bread cold wings. im always unsure why I order without calling first.

Awesome baked mac-n-cheese! However, that is the only good thing about this Dominos Pizza. A pizza place should have great pizza! I saw an add on tv for a $9.99 pizza smothered with wonderful looking fresh mozzarella cheese. I ordered online like the add said but did not get the $9.99 deal as advertised. Instead, i was charged about $25.00 for my large one topping pizza. Whatever, still looking forward to my cheezy pizza. What I received was dry and overcooked with hardly any cheese on it, and what was there was hard and dark brown. The crust was most like cardboard. The pizza was way over salted for some reason and didn’t taste good at all. In fact, it was worse than any frozen pizza I have ever had.

We ordered on Sunday 7/27/25 at around 3:45 pm. Pizza was finally delivered around 4:30 or so but the quality check seemed like it was stuck for the longest time on the website. I do know this is not the first time that we have had lousy pizza at this place. You spend $43 only to get a large hawaiian and a medium pepperoni and both of them totally dried out like they were sitting under a heat lamp for to long or something. And what gets me they don’t tell you the price of the product while you are ordering. You only see the price once you go to the cart. Most other websites will tell you the total before placing it in your cart. We have given this place to many chances since living in this area for over 30 years and enough is enough. Goodbye Domino’s.

We ordered, and the delivery driver and manager were EXTREMELY RUDE WHEN THEY SAID THEY COULDN’T FIND THE ADDRESS. WE have ordered multiple times and NEVER could they not find our address as we are right off of highway 65. Do not order from this location. Driver called and we have VERY SPECIFIC directions as we had people waiting to eat. They canceled the order, no additionally offered, has not been refunded to my card. We talked to both the driver and manager who refused to give the franchise owners information. WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. IF YOU DO PLAN TO MAKE YOUR OWN DINNER AFTER WAITING 1.5 HOURS FOR YOUR ORDER BEFORE THEY CALL TO SAY ANYTHING. WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. I wish I could give them a zero or negative ranking.

I placed an order on June 14th, 2024. In that order, there was a 2-liter of Fanta Orange. The driver forgot it. I called, and the manager said they would have another driver drop it off soon. They never showed up. I called about 2 hours later and said I didn’t need the soda now and got an apology and was told that on my next order, they would send us three 2 liters to make up for this mistake. Forward to my latest order, 9/24/24, I placed my order and then called to have them add the sodas on, but low and behold, I was told there is no manager there and it could be looked up. So no soda with this order. I was told a manager would call me back. Guess what? No one called back. The delivery driver said they would reach out to the district manager too, but crickets. This Domino’s has had more wrong orders than correct. We don’t place hard orders. At this point, I’m sure they will blow us off again. I’m going to consider it if I’m just out money on the soda. I’m also done ordering from here. Do better.
