DO NOT Order Delivery from here, if I could get dominos delivered from a different location I WOULD!!! This store always takes forever to deliver and quality is low. I’ve ordered here multiple times, the last time I ordered it took 3 hours for one order I placed and it was only 1 pizza, cinnamon bites, and a soda. They were taking so long that I tried to call to pick up the order my self but of course they shut off their phones so no calls would come through. When I got my pizza it was cold and they were sold out of my pop and didn’t bother to call to let me know. They refused any type of refund and offered a half off coupon which is useless with all the fees they have. The food will most likely come cold and sloppy. They absolutely don’t care about your order, clearly have no good management in there running their store. There’s no reason anyone less than 10 minutes away from there store should have to wait that long. TODAY I decided to order once again hoping they would be better since it’s not a weekend. I ordered one pizza and 3 ranches and they forgot my all 3 of them. When the driver got here he offered to drive back for the ranches but I refused since it already took 40 min for the one pizza and my food would be cold by the time they get back. I called the store to try and get a refund for what I didn’t receive and my tip, they refused and said they were unable to do that and offered a 10$ credit but yet again that won’t do anything because they require a minimum spending of 18$ to deliver regardless. It really seemed like it was too much work for him to refund the items. Don’t waste your time trying to get your food delivered in a timely manner!!!

Food was fine, delivery driver named Michael is creepy! Hung out in my porch for too long delivering my food and called me three times after the delivery to talk about specials?? Called the store and reported as well. Most likely will not order from here again if these are the delivers they hire!

Depending on where you go in town but, if you want fast messed up orders, order online. I entered Domino’s near me and it took me to Lubbock TX from Oakdale MN so if you want fast pizza but don’t forget to check your order before you leave the place, get Dominos! I think they pride themselves on being fast and forgot customer relations but, I feel sorry for delivery drivers getting the worst of ppl trying to rob, scam and cause problems with orders.

Ordered 3 pizzas wings and bites. They lost the order. Had no record of the order and refused to offer a discount or an apology. Showed them the call log and they refused to even acknowledge the mistake. Said it wasn’t their fault! Terrible service and no manager even bothered to come up and deal with me.

Dominos driver (Jason) had the audacity to open my box of Tator tote & eat one half side and slide everything in the middle to make it look normal! I really don’t appreciate anyone playing with my food! Very unprofessional! I’ll never order from a dominos ever again !!!!!!!

Lovely staff, nice phone etiquette, attentive to detail and prompt delivery. Highly satisfied with their customer Service and all around customer service. A experience highly recommend this location for delivery (if your in their area) or for a quick visit you can also just do carry out. Don’t have a dinning area for eat inside or outside for that matter but if it’s not a problem then I would highly recommend this location their team captain (Conner)is very knowledgeable and friendly (on the phone ) nice and helpful.
