I have ordered for years from this store. Have been happy and treated great until tonight.
I ordered, and 45 minutes after my “quality check” was sent via app, i called to see about my order. Was told they had 1 driver and delivery would take time. I asked how long and was told another 30 mins. I asked whether my pizza would be fresh due to it having been out of the oven for 45 mins. Was told “well, um, it should be”.
I then asked for a refund and was told quickily and curtly “sure we can do that. thank you” and they hung up.
I called back to be sure they knew my name and order for this refund and to ask WHEN it would be refunded. All of that should have been stated when I had asked for the refund, instead I was hung up on by Clinton. He was short, uncaring and rather rude.
I will no longer be ordering from this store. In the past few months it seems the service has gone down hill extremely.

While the food produced from this location is almost always good with few mistakes still the service is just not what is to be expected I have waited more than once over an hour for an order to be delivered not to put the fault on the driver because every time this happens the driver themselves almost always apologizes for being “the only driver” more than once. It is not uncommon to wait 50minutes – 1 and a half hour for an order on the quicker end as i have in the pasted waited at most 3 on a busier day.

Is this not the most perfect Extra Cheese Handmade Pizza w/ half Pepperoni?!! I was impressed with how my pizza turned out this time. I can tell it was loaded with extra cheese and my cheese wasn’t overcooked. Many times before, my cheese would be mostly brown. The crust was a perfect gold and crispy. Thank you to the cook, Neveatia! My delivery guy was also super awesome. He followed every instruction I asked and didn’t ring the doorbell. He also placed my food on the second step so that I could open my door without knocking my food down. That was very thoughtful. Thank you lots, Lucas!

ordered delivery late evening right before a severe thunderstorm (like idiots) and they surprisingly got it to us eventually, even though i’m pretty sure their power went out. there was a mix up from the confusion of everything but they managed to get us all of our food before they closed!
