the delivery driver, Maxwell was out of this world! within 15 minutes of ordering my food, the driver was already at my doorstep! he was a polite, and kind young man with a heart of gold. he forgot my drink at the restaurant but offered to go back and bring it for me! the service was unlike any other restaurant. the food was great and the driver was even better! before i could start eating, he opened the box and began to hand feed me the pizza until the box was empty! he even made me lick his fingers afterwards! 10/10 experience, will order delivery again (mostly for the driver) thank you Maxwell for providing speedy, excellent (and delicious) customer service!

Online tracker was off by an hour, one worker was polite but the other was very disrespectful and did not seem to care. Could probably use more help and staff to avoid this issue. Better customer service as well.

I’ve ordered multiple times and each and every time it is wrong (I did not say anything bc really whats the point, its fast food), however this last time I asked for a pizza to be cut original (triangles), extra cheese and all the toppings were cold and not freah and it came in all kinds of shapes…. We live less than a mile from this place. We also tried calling to see what we could do make it right, but I’ve been on hold for over 20 minutes.
There is NO way these people working are this busy on a sunday evening in a town this side. Wither they need to hire more help or get better workers.

Ive never had issues with this place until today. when i placed my online order it quoted me “8-18 minutes” for pickup. my boyfriend waited in an EMPTY LOBBY for our food for 30 minutes !! My tracker said the pizza was done long before we actually got it. There was a lady just sitting on her phone. ive been seeing a lot of Dominos go downhill in terms of service. sad to see this one going too

The pizza comes in good quality but their delivery and service is horrible. I order and it says 30 minute delivery, I’ve done this atleast 5x in the past 2 months, and it always sits in the prepping pizza phase for the entire 30 minutes. If you order pizza expect at minimum double the time before it’s ready. So sad because we use them a lot but this last time is the end for us. Kids are starving and telling them 5x in a row sorry 30min is a lie.

Poor local ownership of this store specifically. Placed an online order and was quoted normal 30 minutes. Arrive at store to see dozens of people waiting and experiencing same issue with orders nowhere close to being done. Was told my initial 30 minute carryout order was going to take another hour to complete. Looking at similar reviews recently, this appears to be a common problem.
I don’t blame the hourly workers. They try hard and are obviously not set up for success by whomever is the franchisee here.

The orders are completed fast and efficient! The service is amazing as well. As soon as I hit order, the app gives me a step by step tracker showing how my order is coming along. When it’s done, I get a notification and can pick it up instantly with the Pie Pass. The pizza is delicious. 5 stars.

Always so fast and typically correct with the order. (Miss the sauce sometimes but food order is as should be). Love these guys and they are reasonable on price and how long it takes to deliver unlike the other pizza joint that is not even a mile away from me and likes to charge an arm and a leg it seems. Delicious!
