Honestly I’m so tired of this specific domino’s and I don’t plan on coming again, here’s why.
I’ve been to a few other dominoes and I’ve NEVER had missing pieces. No it’s not drifting, settling, or shifting. I’ve only had this problem with this specific domino’s. It’s like yall want a snack so you take from pizzas and sometimes yall try to hide it with cheese or push things together.

I will never go back to the Lakeville location. Nothing in my order was correct and when I called to tell them that my order was wrong they hung up on me three times. So my whole dinner was ruined and I paid extra for the stuffed crust and all I got was dough it wasn’t even cooked. If you’re not going to cook things right then maybe you should close down your online ordering, and say you’re closed even though I ordered half hour before closing time. Very rude and unprofessional, can’t read an order or answer a phone call correctly…

Can’t trust the app when it says 30 to 45 min. Took over 35 min before you even started my order. And for that price I could do so much more than your pizza. Unfortunately this will be the last time I order from here! Never on time and the staff is rude

Although the pizza is really good, their customer service lacks something special… actual customer service.
I ordered a ham and pineapple pizza (yum!) along with an order of cheesey bread. I was supposed to receive a free 12″ pizza as well because of a surprise promo they’re currently running. The order arrived on time and when I set the boxes on the counter and opened them, I found out that they delivered a pepperoni/saussage & pepperoni/green pepper pizzas, not what I ordered.
By the time I realized the error in Domino’s delivery, it was too late and the delivery driver had already left my house. I proceeded to call the store and I was immediately placed in automated phone call hell. I have been waiting on hold to speak to an actual human for 52 minutes and counting.
Where you at Domino’s?????
P.S. We ate the pizza that was delivered in error because my 6 year old son and my wife were starving.

Food took 2 HOURS to get to my house from the initial order. I live less than 10 mins away. What a joke. Had to feed my kids something else because I had no idea if it was actually coming.

Seems everything has to be over cooked at this location. I travel all over the country for work and no other location has things so over cooked. Now the app doesn’t even let you let the store know to not over cook your food.

This dominos has terrible customer service. We ordered our pizza for delivery online and it said it would take 20 minutes. 40 minutes later we called and the person we spoke to was not nice on the phone. When we asked why it’s taking so long he said they only have 2 drivers and the time it takes online is an estimate. We then said ok we would like to switch it to pick up and asked for a refund of the delivery charge. He then said “why would I give you a refund”. We than asked to speak to a manager and he said you can call his manager tomorrow but he’s going to say the same thing and he also said his manager is worse than he is.
What the heck has happened to customer service in the last 10 years.
Anyway don’t expect good customer service from this joint.
