If I could leave no star at all I would!!! I ordered 5 pizza’s online (only did the online because I could not get an answer by calling) from the Rice Lake Domino’s. I was treated so terribly it was rediculas. After my daughters graduation we all went back to my brothers to set up for the party and we thought to be nice we would buy pizza’s for a late supper. My daughter and my mother are very allergic to dairy (not lactose) so we ordered one of the deluxe pizza with no provelone and no cheese and to change the black olives to green olives. We got the pizzas and there was cheese on the pizza. I called right away and said that one of the pizzas was supposed to have no cheese, the male who answered told me that my order was so complicated that he wondered if it was correct. (I left my number if there was any questions on the order and no one called me) I tried to tell him that I left my number if there was questions and he talked over me and asked if I had ever made a pizza before, which I have (Kids Korner, Drag’s, Gas Station Deli, etc) I told him in fact I have and this is a pretty easy order. He repeatedly told me that I was wrong and the receipt was not correct where it said *no cheese* he then asked what I want from him. I asked him to make another pizza with no cheese and they can come get the one with the cheese. He said that is not how this world works MA’AM. He was vulgar and demeaning and refused to correct the mistake unless I paid full price for the correct pizza. I asked if I could talk to the manager and he said “no way MA’AM that is not how this is going to work” I then asked what his name is and he said that it was priveleged information that I didnt need to know. I tried to explain again that 2 of our company can not have dairy and he again said that is not his problem and then started yelling at me that customers dont know anything and he hung up on me and I of course called him back. He answered the phone “are you going to listen to me” not Domino’s nothing. I said ” Will you please replace the pizza with a pizza with no cheese” and he said that is not going to happen unless I pay the full price for that one pizza. I tried to reason with him and he just kept yelling into the phone MA’AM MA’AM MA’AM MA’AM I did eventually yelled at him no more fing Maam. He again hung up.

My daughter is a picky eater like most kids are…I’m sick and decided to order pizza from domino’s. I was so happy that they delivered to cameron. On one of the pics u can see that I wanted sausage arena mushroom on half. Not the whole pizza. But some how they managed to get it wrong anyway. This want the first time that they did this either. The last few times I wasn’t going to be picky and just told her to pick it off. But this is the third time that they’ve messed up our order. In another picture. You can plainly see that her pizza was smashed from putting it on the bottom. She also wanted a brownie and noodle to go with her pizza to. I get that the noodles are a little heavy but common sense would dictate to put the pizza on top of everything else so that this wouldn’t happen. Right? Nope…my daughter got squashed pizza that wasn’t even what we ordered. I don’t recommend this place anymore! Sorry dominos

The customer service from this place is unreal. James and Nicole are awful employees and shouldn’t have a job there. Called in to order a pick up and James acted like a mute and Nicole thought it was funny. I don’t know why this James guy is a general manager of a restaurant when he can’t even answer a phone properly or treat customers with respect. Nicole thought it was funny that her manager “offended me” but changed her tune when I said I would be speaking to someone else about this encounter. Please hire better staff. What a disgrace! Pizza Hut made sure to treat me well.

Pizza ordered, delivered, and ate, all in 28 minutes. It came ready to eat, warm, and delicious! All toppings were in the right places. Wish there was more mushrooms, but that’s cause I love them. I have to thank the driver for waiting to let me put my dog away.

I ordered my pizza when I got done shopping at Wal Mart around 12:30 am Sunday morning. I ordered a large pepperoni pineapple pizza online. I got there quicker than I thought had to wait a couple of minutes and then I brought it home and it was good as always. The last time I ordered that pizza was a bit burnt and the manager had called me after I posted and told me I had a free dessert coming and apparently I had two sauces that had been missed from my order a time before. They gave me the free dessert which was the chocolate chip pan cookies and my sauces this visit which was awesome everything tasted great! And the crew working were helpful and kind. I hadn’t taken the time to ever watch them build a pizza before and it was fun seen them toss the bread dough. So it’s kind of glad I was there early.
