Online ordering is easy and delivery was fast! Unfortunately 2 of the pizzas we got yesterday were missing a lot of toppings, cheese and sauce. Less than half of our Philly steak pizza had steak on it and that is an expensive pizza! The pepperoni and green pepper pizza was extremely lopsided and only a small amount of cheese in the middle. Tons of green peppers which was cool. But cheese is pretty important on a pizza. Stuffed crust pizza was delicious thanks.

We live an hour away, decided to drive to get some pizza and wings to pick up. Drove home and opened the boxes…what a disappointment. These are supposed to be sweet mango habanaro wings…they are definitely not. The pizza also had all the wrong toppings on.

I ordered a 14 inch stuffed crust pizza pepperoni, onions, and beef. I also ordered a 8 pc stuffed cheesy bread. I payed well over 40 dollars including the tip for the driver. I received the pizza and cheese bread and the driver was a great person and very nice. But when you say stuffed crust that should mean it. Not even half the pizza and I mean maybe 2 were stuffed with cheese. I just paid 40 dollars with tip of course and the pizza is just another pizza not what I ordered. But on the bright side the driver was awesome and he deserved my tip all the way. Very disappointed in your pizza.

We are usually happy with our order from this location and order from them several times a month. We recently ordered from them and it appears the delivery driver sat on the pizzas as he drove them to our location. The pizzas were smashed and most of the pizza’s toppings stuck to the top of the box. What remained on the pizza was crust and tomato sauce. I was surprised the driver had the ability to had me damaged pizza boxes with a straight face but it happened. Usually the food is great. We love the Parmesan cheese bites and pan style pizzas. We often order from Dominos for birthday parties, children’s sleepovers and other gatherings. We are going to take a break from Dominos after this experience. I gave this location two stars because we are usually satisfied with orders here but can’t overlook this dreadful experience.

I had 10 of the front desk referral cards for a free large pizza, I called to place the order for delivery like I have done MULTIPLE times in the past, it’s never been a problem before, they just had me pay the delivery fee. But today when I called they told me I had to redeem them in person. Tell me how that makes any sense at all. I have these cards because we get them at my JOB as a thank you for referring customers to them, so obviously I am at WORK right now. How am I supposed to leave work to go get the pizza? Again it had NEVER been a problem in the past. Awful customer service and I will no longer be recommending Dominoes to the several hotel guests who ask me for delivery options.

Both of the pizzas were very doughy. Toppings scarce with the meat. Pizzas delivered lukewarm. Never received the replacement pizza. Person answering phone was not polite. I will call manager in the morning. We have ordered occasionally over 3 yrs and it has gone downhill the last 2 yrs, but we kept trying. As seniors we cannot afford our 1 meal treat a month for us to throw it out. NOT even edible now. This Dominos is in Onalaska, WI.

I would’ve gave it a higher but i’m confused on what atmosphere is like yes it’s a pizza place and they got me my grub but it’s still mass produced pizza even though that’s the case it slaps it’s definitely made my life bearable when life was rough them Dominoes soldiers really come through 4+ ⭐️ out of 5 ⭐️ and if they need my help I got they’re back!

Like i’m gonna give you the rundown I ordered 3 items a small hand tossed memphis bbq chicken pizza (no onions or bacon cuz i hate that shit), an order of lava cakes and to top it off 1 icing. It cost me $25.02 that’s not that bad even with the country falling apart right now. I’ll send a pic of the final results too soon.

And I never tip on the app because I don’t want the IRS drooling waiting for their cut of the drivers money. I never had trouble with orders with a $0 tip it always come just like I tipped. Times are a little rough and i’m gonna have to hit ‘em with the 4 bones (may my driver and the lord forgive me).
