On 9/5/25 my husband and I picked up a large pizza and 16 wings from this location. The pizza was alright, but the wings hardly had any sauce on them. *Photo attached* I called and the guy who answered the phone lacked so much accountability and customer service. He stated they put the standard amount of sauce on the wings, and if we wanted to come back he would put extra sauce on them for us. I let him know we live 15 minutes 1 way, 30 minutes round trip and I wasn’t going to come back for sauce that should already be on the wings. I asked for a credit to which he stated “I’m not going to give you a $17.99 credit because of sauce” which is crazy because that’s the upsetting part as the customer, I paid $17.99 for 16 wings and got home to not even be able to enjoy them. The wings cost more than my pizza. After defending himself and arguing with me he offered me 20% off my next order. For reference that’s $3.50 cents off an order of 16 wings. I won’t be returning to this location, instead I’ll drive the same distance to the location on East Washington St.
My advice for this location’s management – for the sake of customer retention. Sometimes it’s best to give the customer the benefit of the doubt, and make sure you’re offering good service. Not everyone is looking for free food. In this case I really didn’t receive a good product. This isn’t my first time ever ordering Dominos, so telling me I’ve received the standard amount of sauce and arguing with me only made the situation more frustrating.

Awful don’t ever order from here or probably any Domino’s for that matter place the order 11/24/25 at 5:30 PM and did not get it until 8:05 PM very cold and gross

Unfortunately this location has really gone downhill this year. Delivery used to be timely and delicious. We’ve now had 2 or 3 experiences of extremely long wait times. Tonight’s was 2 hours 40 min. On top of long waits, bad customer service. Called to check state as online tracker showed “quality check” for 45 minutes. No answer on the first try. Called again, was then told on their end the system showed out for delivery. I asked if they could have driver contact with update? Employee then consulted manager to ask – I hear him in the background state my order was on standby for pickup from a driver and was next in line. The employee gets back on the line and says the driver will contact me? I asked about the managers comment, confirming that my order had in fact been sitting for the past 45 minutes. After a long pause she said “I guess” to which I asked so you’re providing me false updates then? She HUNG UP! Obviously receiving an order within the hour is ideal but I would have understood a busy Sunday night. I called back, the manager answered, informed him the woman not only lied to me but hung up on me and I really didn’t appreciate that. He was kind and apologetic and provided a truthful update. Still look an additional hour and 40 min to receive the order. Cold, not fresh, unappetizing. Majorly disappointing service – when did that become normal?

i don’t usually post negative reviews but i’m hoping upper management might see this. i’ve had decent experiences at this location thus far but tonight i submitted an order for 7:30. it’s 10pm now and i never received my food even after calling to ask about the status. this store is severely understaffed and i sympathize. i probably won’t be back as i’d rather not be out of my money again.

I had a terrible experience with this Domino’s. I placed a delivery order and never received it. I tried calling the store multiple times and no one answered the phone. Because of that, I went to the store myself to pick up the order, only to be treated very poorly. The staff were rude, ignored me, and didn’t listen when I tried to explain the situation. There was no apology, no effort to help, and no customer service at all. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I will not be ordering from this location again. Also the charge for the delivery and tip were transacted. When I asked for a refund since I picked up my order myself, the lady ignored me and walked out.

Terrible Management – Avoid This Location
Order #660611 (12/28/25) from the Cottage Grove Rd Domino’s was made incorrectly. The order clearly stated pepperoni on ONE SIDE ONLY, NO sausage. The pizza was wrong.
When I called, the manager was rude and dismissive, said he would remake it, then later claimed I ordered it wrong and said he was doing nothing. After that, the store stopped answering the phone entirely.
We were left at home with kids waiting for food, and I had to call another Domino’s location just to get help. The manager also refused to give his name or any contact info.
This isn’t a simple mistake — it’s a management failure. Avoid this location.

Careful on the roads when the Gray sedan delivers pizza he runs stop lights in front of moving traffic and drives 20 below the speed limit to play around in their car. When I attempted to call it in after the 2nd experience in under a week with him on the road. I am prepared to record and file a complaint next trip he decides the rules dont apply to them.

Come here all the time since its right down the street.
Past three times we’ve ordered the bacon stuffed cheesy bread with no jalepenos and they put EXTRA jalepenos.
These times I’ve also noticed there’s only one employee in the store which is not only dangerous but causes more room for mistakes. And each time that employee is understandably unpleasant. They also no longer cut all the way through the bread or pizza so we had to recut it at home.
Don’t know why the past year this location seemed to just loose its give a damn but it is sad to see and hope it gets corrected sometime soon otherwise Pizza Hut is literally across the parking lot

Placed our order using the online app, using the tracker feature said our pizza was to be delivered around 6:15 ish, pizza was still at the store 1 hr later. I drove to the store to pick it up and they couldn’t find it. Requested my order to be refunded and it was, no other accommodations were offered to make order whole again. This is not the first time with this issue or experience with this store.
