Ordered online and when we got our pizzas we were extremely disappointed. Talked to the manage Janey on 35th capital not only was she listening and understanding. She personally remade my pizzas as they should have been and brought them out to the car to me. Not only were the pizzas GOOD AND SAUCY HER SERVICE WAS 5 STARS!!! Thank you Janey for being professional and understanding and turning a negative experience to a positive experience. See you again in the future!!!

I placed an order for delivery. Items were missing. There is no way to reach the restaurant. Nor can you complain or make them aware of the situation because they never answer s their phone. They desire 0 stars!!! Very poor customer service.

My order was incorrect I did not get refunded for my foods at the price that I pay for on the Uber app.
Into this date I am still not refunded for the food that I did not receive and that was missing and I talked with the manager who assured me that morning he was going to deliver it’s still nothing so yes I still will be reporting this facility because they were wrong and I did contact the manager at the store personally spoken with him and he promised me he would deliver my food and my drink still nothing I’m still rebuttal in it and I don’t feel like I worked hard for my money and pay for it at a price and then you’re not going to reimburse me at the price that I paid for wrong answer.
I’m a disabled veteran and I don’t think I should have been mistreated in such a manner especially when I was promised something from the manager and you can eat and they both like and they both have not kept their word or contractually what needs to be happening of what of my of my funds you’re not just going to take my money putting it in your pocket do you want to refund me a percentage but I pay for.
I worked hard to retire the same as I did.
So yes they both needs to be Domino’s the manager and Uber … needs to be reported along with Uber eats!!! GCA

I ordered a pizza online and when i got to the place to pick it up, i wasnt ready. Cool, no problem after waiting 15 additional minutes i ask about my pizza they got it, cool no problem but then the manager or who ever he is running the store opens it and its cut damn near 18 different ways, basically making small pizza snacks. I said i want it remade he got irritated like it was ok to slice a pizza in to small pieces nd give it to me. The young lady who checked for my pizza said, im sorry for the wait how bout a free 2 litter. Yells up front no because its her choice she wants to wait on a new pizza we messed up on,,,i just ask for my refund.cause that was definitely rude

I will never order from this Domino’s location ever again. I got home and open the box of my pizza and it was pure greasy, cracker crust flat pizza not hand tossed at all. It was the worse Dominos pizza I ever ate. And the Chicken Alfredo Pasta was dry and burnt. The customer service was not good. When I called back to tell them about my food. The man stated to me “It’s not burnt, it just stayed in the oven to long but it has sauce on it. Unbelievable! I hung up the phone. And decided to write a review and call customer service to file a complaint.

Terrible service I ordered delivery for a reason. I have an autistic son and I did not want to take him out so I ordered my food. The delivery driver never called me and left my food outside on the porch downstairs. I didn’t know my food was delivered. I went to check and it was flies all over my food. I had to get my son and myself dressed to go to the store to make a complaint and to have them redo my order. This was so unprofessional I would never go to this location ever again.
