Was deciding where to order pizza from and thought I’d try Dominos. Order was done quickly and the pizza and stuffed cheesy bread was good. My only complaint is I ordered one cup of Marinara sauce and paid the $1 for it. Got home and no sauce was included with the pizza or the bread. Disappointing to say the least. Yes it’s only $1, but that’s not the point.

So I have had a couple issues with the tracker not being accurate and the driver literally leaving the order in front of our door without calling or knocking. But there was a snow storm and it had been an hour from the time we ordered. I spoke to what seemed to be a new manager but he was super professional. Apologized, remade my order with highest priority for me to pick up. He apologized again and said 2 drivers called in due to the snow. I get it. The driver did get to my house while I was at the store but my wife told him I’d gone to get it. He looked defeated and apologized as well. We thanked him for driving in the snow and told him he’d keep his $10 tip which cheered him right up. Lol. A bad experience made right. That’s all it takes to impress.
