Received an undercooked pizza and it was resolved promptly but the manager was very rude on the phone. And can I ask how the heck is this extra bacon??? Domino’s has always been pretty consistent for the past 15 years. This is the first time and this is the last time I’m never ordering a pizza from a Domino’s ever again as a result of this. I would advise anybody who even considers getting a pizza from Domino’s to visit one of the less frequented pizza places in town and support a small business. Absolutely Egregious. Thanks for the dusting of bacon after I even paid extra for it. Edit, I changed it to three stars because I reorderd, gav e another chance, and it was ok.

I got an email saying my pizza was delivered. When I called and spoke with the manager he said the driver was headed back to the store. I asked to put in a new order since the pizza was old at this point. The man I spoke with said no I could have the same pizza brought back out. The delivery person failed to knock on my door so I could pay in cash. I know this because I have dogs that bark when someone arrives. Terrible customer service.If I could give 0 stars for the poor customer service I would.

I am not one that is easily impressed with food service anywhere, in recent years. There are so many places that are understaffed and the staff are not well trained. When I walked in to the Blairs Ferry Dominoes, I was surprised at how many staff they had working and they all looked happy to be there, working together very well. I did have to wait a bit, as they guy at the register was on the phone taking an order, but that gave me an opportunity to observe and be impressed. I will go back!

This place is my local Domino’s, I’ve been ordering pretty regularly from this location for over 3 years now. Out of ALL the places in town, this restaurant has never once messed up my order. Ever. Like ever. They never forget something, my food is always hot and perfect. My household orders out frequently and we are aware of the places that will always have something missing or something wrong, 100% this Domino’s has literally never missed a thing. It’s the only place we will order pizza from in town and sometimes when we are sick of dealing with incorrect orders from other places, we opt for this Domino’s instead because we KNOW for a fact our order will be perfect. Shout out to their delivery drivers! Always super nice and we appreciate them always coming up the stairs to our apartment door, no matter the weather.

Pickup orders are 0/3 on time so far. Employees are rude and never apologize for the extra wait. If the app is going to show that the order is ready for pickup… why wouldn’t it be ready? Do better.
