Was guaranteed to have my food within two minutes of clicking “here” after my order was finished cooking. It was late. I was notified that I would receive a free pizza on my next order in my email to compensate for lack of fulfillment to their promise. I get home and don’t even have the pamesan knots my kids were so excited to try…but they gave me the garlic sauce I ordered to dip them in….then I open up my phone and clicked “call store ” if there was an issue with my order. Not only did no one answer, but when the answering message came through it said they were closed…at 6 pm???? I tried to call again and I got, what seemed to be cleared. I scrolled down and it said I could even call the manager and speak with her about my issue. So I made that attempt as well…obviously with no success. Very irritated. I haven’t ordered domino’s for my family in a long time and figured I’d give them a shot after a long day guess they were the wrong option..

Ordered curbside pickup. Worker outside smoking a cigarette came to our car and asked if we were there to pick up (even though we had on our hazards as instructed), we say yes. So instead of getting the name to assist us with our order, she proceeds to tell us we should just go inside ourselves and get it because they are very busy.. um . To top it all off my sandwich was just a disaster, like did someone take a bite there? Wings were overly saucy but the medium pizza I was told was good!

I’ll never spend another dollar at Domino’s & definitely not at this location. Paid almost $90 to have them charge me for soda they forgot to give me, three orders of 32 wings which looked nothing like menu photos and were just squirted back & forth over the top with hardly any sauce, only received two orders instead of the three I paid for and was told when I called that I couldn’t prove one order was missing. Then as a bonus myself and rest of family are now sick and vomiting after eating the wings we actually got.

This store used to be good but t manager ruined it. Employees talk trash over the phone when asked a question. They don’t honor coupons anymore either. I used to order once a week from them. I told sixty of my friends and family not to even bother. Good luck Domino’s! Let’s see if you stay in business with that behavior.

What a shlt hole ordered pizza online sent my boys to pick it up they stopped in and were told no order under my name. they left I gave them the address under my order they drove around for 30 minutes looking for an old address.
