The sandwiches are always excellent but the pizza is really inconsistent. Sometimes it’s great but too often it’s just not good. Sometimes there’s too much cheese, sometimes there’s not enough cheese. Sometimes it’s dripping with sauce and other times it seems like there’s almost no sauce. One would think that every ingredient would be a measured controlled amount but that doesn’t seem to be the case. I always choose the “well done” option in the app and it usually seems like that request is not honored. I got a pan pizza last week and I threw away most of it. Request for “well done” was not honored and there was too much sauce and cheese.

It is crazy windy today. We ordered three pizzas for curbside pick up. One of our pizzas literally blew out of the guys hands immediately as he walked towards me car. He handed me the two remaining pizzas and said he was so sorry and they would immediately make me a new one. To my surprise, the recreated the entire order (now we have 5 pizzas), threw in 3 garlic sauces and a lava cake! All were super securely carried to my car to ensure they didn’t have another wind incident. I beyond appreciated the above and beyond. Plus the pizza was great, my kids loved the hand pan crust! Thanks dominos and tonight’s employee for making things right even when you can’t control weather!

I ordered online for carry out, arrived when it told me the estimated time was. And they hadn’t even started prepping on my pizza. I placed the order a half hour before I arrived, and they still hadn’t started. I only had a limited amount of time on my lunch break so I had to leave before they were finished. I paid online so I’m going to try to get a refund but this is terrible service. It shouldn’t take a half hour to even start making a pizza. Especially when they have estimated arrival and pickup times. To top it all off there were no other pizzas or anything being made at that time. The worker said they hadn’t noticed the online order come in yet. So now I’m hungry and upset.

I was in last night the skinny black dude seemed upset about burning pizzas. He went back to making pizzas after his manager asked him would you eat that? He was giving off a bad additude to the small girl cutting the pizza. He kept picking his face and touching his face and then handling the food with no gloves on. Didn’t seem very sanitary. The pizza cutter”Girl” has a good work ethic I can tell she wants things done right. Keep up the good work and don’t let someone that doesn’t care about things peer pressure you into something that’s not right. Great job!

Sad to say but the pizza is incredibly disappointing. Completely flavorless and only carried by the garlic sauce. It tastes like all flavor was cooked out of it. Also, it can be said that the large is comparable to a Pizza Hut small. Too many ingredients packed on, overwhelming to bite into. Not garlicky, not salty, just… Nothing. Service wasn’t anything special, and the price is little enough for what you’re getting.
