I ordered two pizzas one with red sauce one with white sauce. Both pizzas it was like there wasn’t any sauce on it at all. So it was a very dry pizzas. I have had a number of pizzas from this location and has been very good but this time I regret ordering them. The staff was very nice and didn’t take very long to make them. But without the sauce it wasn’t very good.

Ordered delivery online and received it FAST on a Tuesday in February. Received accurate order. Garlic parm bone-in wings and spinach feta bread were amazing. Pizza was not great but I haven’t had Domino’s in over 6 years so my pizza taste buds have changed. The total was $40.00 with tip so the price point for such a delivery is pretty decent. Ordered delivery using free pizza coupon. The guy delivered to the wrong house and when I called and asked what’s up, they said they would redeliver it, but I asked for a fresh pizza, and was denied. 1 hour later, a cold nasty pizza was delivered so I called for a replacement and they sent one, arriving another hour later attached to a surly old guy who seemed passed off to be delivering the pizza. Gonna take a break from Dominos for quite a while after this experience. The garlic white sauce is a no go as is the Philly steak. Do not get that on a pizza! Gross.

Seems like every single time I order which I order every 2 weeks they are always forgetting some part of my order n not making it right. Then on top of everything the staff has horrible customer service skills. Only people that are remotely nice are the drivers.

I placed my order out of state for a student and I paid for my order over an hour ago. My order stayed in “Quality Control” with Gregory for over 25 mins and finally left the store. I watched the delivery person, Daniel, slowly make his way to the wrong address at NMU and deliver my order to the wrong place without calling the number I put in. Online I just get a notification telling me YUMM, enjoy your order. There’s no option to request help or reach out. I obviously want a refund but there hasn’t been someone to answer the phone in hours. I know this because I tried calling the restaurant at 11:30pm and no one answered. What an absolute rip off, horrible delivery service, and where did my kid’s order go? Did they just throw it out onto the school lawn?

Workers here were super polite to speak with. They have a stepstool thing so that kids can get up and watch pizza being made, very cool. I appreciate the staff a lot.
