First time visit as we’re new to the area. I I got a chicken sandwich with fries and an extra side of Mac n cheese. It came out fast and was delicious. The restaurant was also super clean. Plenty of room for our group of 6.

Sat at drive thru for 10 mins listening to the girls inside talk to each other and not even acknowledging I was at the drive thru. Went to window and ordered and they gave me everything wrong. This place needs to be under new ownership or something they cannot get anything right. And they never offer to fix anything.

Very disappointing experience. The waitresses were extremely rude from the moment we walked in. There was no greeting, no willingness to help, and their attitude made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
Because of how we were treated, we decided to leave without ordering anything. Customer service is essential in a restaurant, and unfortunately this place failed completely in that aspect. I would not recommend it based on our experience.

The drive-thru attendant must have come back from her break the same time I pulled up because I sat at the menu for awhile, she pulled up parked and said, “Pull around to the window.” Geez, if it doesn’t work, have a sign up. Looking at those prices, I see why they didn’t have a line. I don’t mind paying if it’s worth it. Service already was bad. Then I get my food. You see how much I got in my cup? About 70% full of ice. So that means 30% drink. Never again. I’ll pass on Dickeys every time. See how small my sides are? Smh. $21 for that little bit of food. What a rip off. Spend your money elsewhere. I got the cut corners special.

My wife ordered the steakhouse salad and I ordered a 2 meat plate with okra and waffle fries as sides. It was very tasty. Everything was hot and fresh, the salad looked amazing.

Food was ok but do not go here in the evening the service is the worst they mock you for what you order and then they make fun of your girlfriend for ordering the kids meal and then got it wrong yet just a bunch of kids so if you want something good and similar just go down the street to grubshack

Well, it’s been 3 months since I’ve eaten here, and after my last review management asked me to give them another go.
So here it is, you asked for it! I ordered a pulled pork combo at the drive thru, with home fries, onion Tangiers, and a large sweet tea. The sandwich was below average, without any real smoke flavor at all! I’ve had better at the county fair. The onion tanglers were very good the last time, but this time they were moderately burnt! I could barely tell they were even onions they were so burned and stuck together. Could NOT EAT THEM!!! The homestyle fries were waffle cut, which I’m not a huge fan of, but they were okay. Needless to say, but I’m going to anyway, I probably will NOT be returning to this establishment except for the occasional glass of sweet tea. I travel across the US with my job a lot, and have eaten at quite a few Dickey’s BBQ restaurants, and this is by far the worst and most inconsistent I’ve eaten at…
