Jasmine, who is reportedly ” one of the managers ” hung up on me twice in a row. I wasn’t upset when I originally called but I’m furious now. When I ordered the pizza online it asks for special instructions. I opened that and selected pie cut. It came square cut. Doesn’t seem like a big deal does it? But it is to my husband. He was quite upset that it came square cut so I called to see what they would do about it. The answer is not only would they do nothing about it but they hung up on me twice! This is totally unacceptable and the worst and most rude kind of customer service there is. We frequently get pizzas from this store because it’s close to our house, but from now on it’s going to be JT’s or Jets because of this experience. Now if they want to contact me and offer me a discount on our next pizza or something like that perhaps I’ll remove this review. But right now I have become angry. Jasmine needs to find another job. One where she doesn’t deal with the public. What a rude girl.

I love going to this place All the Employees have been very good.. Until I got a very rude young lady snippy And kept over talking When I was trying to order.and wouldn’t let me talk. She was abrupt and nasty, Everybody else is amazing, I said to her Let me talk a minute, I’m a very good customer , She hung up on me .. .Good luck to her future oh my gosh. I’m the most easy-going person. She definitely needs interpersonal communication skills highly recommended for her to continue any employment

Micheal delivered pizza to our company meeting Thursday and can I just say wow!! He was beyond helpful. His manners and professionalism were so awesome. Hard to come by pleasant people in the food service these days but micheal was top notch. We were all very pleased with chatting with him quickly. Thanks Micheal. Hopefully you’ll be our delivery guy again.

Tried the pizza here the other night and honestly, it was pretty average. Not bad, but nothing special either.
The crust was fine—not super crispy, not super soft, just kind of in the middle. The sauce didn’t really stand out; it had that basic tomato flavor but didn’t have much depth. Cheese was melted nicely but didn’t have that rich, cheesy pull you want. Toppings were alright, but didn’t feel super fresh or flavorful.
It wasn’t terrible—I still ate it—but I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to order from here again. If you’re really hungry and it’s nearby, sure. But if you’re craving really good pizza, you can definitely find better

Ordered three items on the 6.99 per item coupon for delivery to my hotel 7 minutes away. The app estimated 21 minutes until delivery. After taxes, delivery fee, and the 5 dollar tip the total was less than $30. Store called me about 15 minutes after ordering to tell me they only have 1 delivery driver and it would be 1 to 1.5 hours until the driver could deliver my order. The employee said I could cancel or come pick it up as my order was ready. I said I would pick it up and it would take me 10 minutes to get there. I drove to the store and rang the bell at the pick up window. I waited for over 5 minutes for someone to come to the window. The employee asked if I was the one she called and I said yes. She told me that she had to cancel my order to remove the delivery fee so I would have to pay for the order. She tried to charge me $44.50 for my order. I told them it was 3 items that were 6.99. She said that price was delivery only and that I had to pay 44.50 for my order. In what world would I pay 44.50 for an order that was less than $30 with a delivery fee and $5 tip after having to drive round trip and wait for 5 minutes for them to answer the bell. I refused to pay the $44.50 and left empty handed. I smell some kind of scam going on at this store. Corporate Dominos needs to take a look at what is happening at this store.

A very disappointing first and last experience at Dominoes. They messed up our order after my husband waited for 20 minutes beyond when the app said the pizza would be ready. I called and asked for a refund. I was offered a credit for the one item that was messed up. I didn’t want that because the pizza was not good and we won’t be coming back. He told me that was not possible and he would not refund my entire order. I said my husband waited for 20 minutes past the app time. He told me, well other people have been waiting for an hour. – WOW! Such poor customer service. No sorry or anything. So you are going to compare me to others instead of apologizing and proceed to tell me the app is completely inaccurate. Not my problem. We will not be back and I wouldn’t advise spending your money here.
