Can’t remember when the last time I came to a DQ, but I forgot what I was missing! They had the footlong glizzy which I was geeked about and got me a strawberry cheesecake blizzard The girl at the counter recommended I get the upcharge to a medium for like .30 cents more or something so of course I did! We snagged a table outside and she brought me my food and did the blizzard upside down test which I forgot about so that tickled my fancy but DQ still slaps and I’ll be back for another glizzy! lol

I have to give a huge shout-out to the Dairy Queen in San Juan! This location is consistently excellent. The first thing you’ll notice is how incredibly clean everything is, from the dining area to the counters. It’s clear that the staff takes great care to keep the place tidy, and that extends to the restrooms, which are always well-maintained.
The staff here is what truly makes the visit memorable. They are so friendly and quick with service, always greeting you with a smile. Their efficiency is impressive, and they genuinely make you feel welcome.
The only thing to keep in mind is the line when the local schools let out. It can get long, but it’s a small wait for the high-quality service and delicious treats you’ll receive. This Dairy Queen is definitely a go-to spot for anyone in the area!

Messed up my beverage order, main meal i ordered from drive thru meal completely wrong and totally different item. Order a grilled chicken sandwich and got a fried fish patty.

Always excellent & friendly service. My food is always made to order and fresh. My only complaint is that i cant believe you all got rid of most of your classic Blizzard flavors like tropical, hawaiian & Snickers. That was disappointing to A LOT of people I know, including myself. Please bring them back.

D-Q! That’s what I like about Texas! … DQ never disappoints! Yes the wait is sometimes long & you might sometimes be missing food but hey they’re short staffed like every other restaurant lately, DQ burgers are outstanding! I love Whataburger but I think DQ might be there fellow competitors… This location specifically has change tremendously, their service is great! their accuracy is good!, their food is delicious!! Keep up the excellent work DQ staff! & ignore the grumpy customers!

The San Juan store has the most friendly staff and best customer service. There are closer DQ’s to us but we will take the extra time to go to this location. This is the only location that knows how to add nuts to a dip cone…. Thanks Nayeli!!!!!!

This Location has a very slow procedure in the drive thru. Not to mention that there Customers Service is even worse !!! I have gone to this Location quite a bit, and I EXPECT to buy my goods the way I ORDERED it NOT the way they want them to give it to me ! Their employees are rude and don’t have any good manners they really show there frustration on there Face !!! It all starts with Good Leadership and I can tell this Location Doesn’t Have It !!!!! I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS, YOUR BETTER OF GOING ELSEWHERE !!!!

DQ consistently gets worse as they years go on. Extra sprinkles, $.79…received like 30 sprinkles. Ice cream tasted gross like the machine hadn’t been cleaned in awhile.
