NEW STUFFED CRUST and i have to say the stuffed crust here is the best of all the stuffed crust i’ve tried! Dominoes pros are the food is almost always good and their app and tracking program work well. i do wish they would be more competitive with flavored crust… but still they make great pizza and if you get New York Style i recommend getting it well done

This location is the best in my opinion. My pizzas are always cooked perfectly. Ask them to put more of the butter on top. Its soooo good! The employees are always nice and accommodating. Even when they are slammed they do a wonderful job of engaging with each customer. Keep up the excellent job!

We had a small glitch because the website does not tell the location does not do tined orders when special deals are happening but the person who met us put together our order quickly and it was done to perfection. This location is our favorite Domino’s. Always friendly and helpful plus they always serve delicious food.

I am absolutely APPALLED. My mom called to order at Dominos after being unable to use the online portal because it kept saying the order cannot be processed, even with using multiple cards (of course with money in it). When calling, she told the person who answered that she should have a free pizza there because last time the order was very messed up and they promised her a free pizza. They put her on hold, said her name is not on the list and before my mom got the chance to give her order anyway the man on the phone kept pressing buttons so she couldn’t speak. We called back and they did the same thing. I called on my phone, the guy answered and then pressed buttons again. I waited 5 minutes then called again on my moms phone and this time he answered and said “your name is not on the list I don’t know what to tell you, you’re not going to get a free pizza” and hung up. Didn’t even give me the chance to say that’s fine, I still need to make my order. No big deal was made over the lack of my mom’s name being on the list. We just wanted to order food for us and my toddler and kept trying because we had coupons. I called AGAIN and it was someone else. I said I would like to speak to the manager and he said I am speaking to him. I told him that I was hung up on, not given the chance to order, and that it’s not okay to hang up on anyone. He responded “yeah I can see why that happened” I said excuse me..? And he responded “I completely understand why he hung up on you, you’re asking for a free pizza, we are extremely busy and we don’t have time for you” I was appalled. I told him that is not okay, that I was still wanting to order and never did I make a big deal about the stupid free pizza. And he responded “ma’am.. are you okay? Are you okay ma’am?” And then hung up on me again. Needless to say we will never, ever be ordering from any dominos ever again and I really hope this post gets taken seriously or you’re going to lose even more business. The “manager” said their names are Jordan and Dan “the man” was who hung up on me.

Usually I go to the Alpine location but I tried the Plainfield location because it has better reviews than Alpine but the overall pizza quality is about the same. Anyway, $10 for a 14” pizza with 7 toppings is about the best deal you’ll find. It’s pretty good pizza. I would never pay full price though. The current 9.99 deal or past 50% off deal is the only way I would ever go there. At full price you’re much better off going to a mom n pop pizza place.

The pizza wasn’t what I ordered. It was missing the bacon and they added green olives and jalapeños. It took an hour to be delivered and it was warm at best. I don’t like posting negative reviews, but this is the second time the pizza was delivered after it had clearly been sitting a while.

Popped in to pick up a few pizzas. There was a coupon error on the app, which I think was prompted by also redeeming points. I asked at the counter about it and the gal was SO helpful and friendly to get it fixed. Our pizzas weren’t quite ready, so I took a seat and she walked the pizzas over when ready versus calling me up to the counter. Service was top notch and the food was delicious. Nice work, Dominos!

To ownership: if I was your shoes, I will replace the manager. I don’t know what his name but he’s tall skinny. I asked them he’s the manager so the reason I’m saying all those I go to that location all the time and always he’s there by himself and he’s frustrated he’s worked out. He’s got that thing in his ear. He don’t even understand what Customer say last time he messed up my order and he charged my car more than $30 because he didn’t understand what I really want. You need to take that thing out of your ear. Bluetooth !!!!? when you working when you deal with a customer is not a time to listen music when you working Customer always right because the pay money and I see him. when I was waiting for my food and he was turned down the order on the phone The phones was going crazy and he keep turning it down order and then I got in the front. I said I need a Alfredo noodles with chicken and spinach he go We can’t make this food. You can’t add no topping on it after going to that location for more than five years and order the same thing. What is wrong with this guy? I’m a Customer. You got to make Customer. Happy if I am willing to pay You put whatever I asked you to because I’m Paying for it, Capeesh.….. maybe you should take extra day off you’ll feel better

My order took over an hour to be delivered. When it was delivered, the food was cold. I called the manager on duty to ask for a refund after refusing the order and his reply, “You can’t just heat it up?” That was one of the most unprofessional things I’ve ever heard from a food business. Please find another location or chain from which to order.
