This is the pizza that was delivered. Very clearly intentional. But why? Was the $5 tip for a $20 order not enough? Was the 1.2 mile of driving too much? This is just horrendous and disrespectful. After returning it to them, they said it probably “fell” or they used soggy dough

I came in to order an the employee I believe her name was Molly at the time was the only one there. She took my order was very nice and professional. She didn’t hesitate and got to my order not even 5 min later another employee came in (Jamie) and started helping her pack an get orders ready. The team work displayed was awesome got my order ready an good at the time promised! Oh my gosh, where do I even begin. From the moment I walked in the young man that was working was so attentive and helpful, offered me plates, napkins, or Parmesan, and then greeted me off. I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza with garlic Parmesan crust. It was a 10 out of 10. Nice hot and fresh. I also ordered the spinach feta cheesy bread. I swear it was so fresh even when I had to drive 10 minutes to get home. The only thing I didn’t really like was the bacon and cheese tots, but it’s not because of how they were cooked. It’s just me. Either way my whole experience with this dominoes on Kalamazoo Avenue was amazing and I will definitely be returning.

Pizza ordered had very very little cheese and no sauce except for a drizzle on the top of everything. When I called to ask for a refund was told I had to bring the pizza back. When I brought it back, I was told that the 1 piece I had eaten was “half of it is eaten” and was refused a refund. I don’t ever leave bad reviews but the the attitude of the two guys I was talking to and the waste of time just pissed me off so there have it. If you like dominos drive to the Breton road one. It’s further away but the people are nicer and more important they actually make decent pizza.

Just ordered online. And, in doing so I read we don’t Cary more than twenty in change. My order was $34 I was trying to pay with the last cash I’d on hand (a fifty dollar bill). He refused to give change. And, yes took my 11 year olds son food away from him!!! I mean without a tip my change would have been $16. Could have easily gotten $10. Making my change only about $6. I mean! The sight does say you carry change for up to $20?!You don’t! So much so the service offered didn’t take time to make it work on both ends (understanding a tip) Yet gave a split second to walk with the food like that!! Care more and correct your advertising, please

Ordered two buffalo chicken sandwiches and they barely had chicken on them one side of the half of sandwich nothing. Called the store and all manager had to say is he saw the chicken weighed out. I’ve ordered this sandwich many times over the years and never seen it like this. We not got no compensation.

Had a horrible experience – we not only had to wait 20 minutes once we were at the store to pick up our pizza. Since their machine was down, they told us we could have our order for free. Only to find out, they double charged us, and now a month later has yet to reimburse us or ever call us back. The last time we called they hung up on us.

Waited for over half an hour for my car side order. Took them 11 minutes to answer the phone, only to tell me a bunch of pizzas fell out of the oven and they have to remake a bunch of orders. Why was mine marked “boxed up and ready to go”? I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but consistent issues plague this location. 0/10 do not recommend.
UPDATE: 40 mins in, still no order or updates. Again, avoid this location at all costs. Or check out better pizza places in the area.

Been to this location a few times and I’ve always had a good experience. Good interactions with the staff, the place has been clean, and the food has been good. No complaints. For what it’s worth, I’ve only gotten hand tossed pizzas.
