What kind of company can’t refund select items on an order. I ordered boneless wings and received crumbs in a box. When I called and asked for a refund I was told “We can’t refund them because there are other things on the order”. Best they can do is issue a credit. Oh and you can’t use that credit if you order online, you need to call the store and order to use it. This location has been a rollercoaster of quality forever.

Refuses to answer the phone, refuses to release refunds, talks to customers with attitudes like they’re behind a bulletproof casing when they’re not, puts you on hold for 5 to 10 minutes hoping you’ll hang up. The list continues I mean you’re making no more than 15-17 a hour but talking to people like you’re making 25 an Hour wake up seriously .

I didn’t feel the $6.99 deal was as good as it looked on TV. No where near as cheesy and fresh as the ad. We even upgraded extra chees and it wasn’t as cheesy as the ad.

I ordered a spinach and feta pizza with Alfredo sauce, no onions, and mushrooms. I received a pizza with NO mushrooms and ONIONS and MARINARA sauce in addition to the Alfredo. This pizza was a mess. Literally the worst tasting pizza I can’t get through it. It was so saucy it sogged the whole pizza. Drowning. I was so hungry and this is literally the worst. The phone line is OFF even though they are open for another 30 minutes so I can’t even complain properly. #worstpizzaever

I ordered online at 6:15pm, around 7:15pm I thought it was odd my delivery didn’t come yet, check the tracking system and it says my order was “quality checked” at 6:30pm with no updates. I gave it another 10 mins and then tried calling the store to let them know I didn’t want it anymore because 1. My food is cold 2. Im over it at this point. I sat on an automated ad call for 14mins and no one answered. Hung up, tried again, same thing. The store is open, why can’t I just tell someone to forget it. I lived in LA for 10 years, ordered Dominos here and there and never had an issue getting ahold of someone or getting an order, big city, more customers and this location can’t pick a phone up in Delaware, OH?
