Ordered multiple times from this location and never experienced what I did last night! Ordered online, delivery time was right, but the nice driver forgot our dips. I didn’t care and said remove them from bill. Got in and this was my pizzas! (Pictures attached). Called right away and thought it was going to be right as they were going to remake the order. We waited two hours and no pizza! We called and we’re told, oh sorry we had it remade for pick up! What! Seriously after we ordered delivery online and you had my number to call me for no pick up? Told me they could remake and send out in 45mins to an hour! Not acceptable! The manager was very condescending and almost seemed like he blamed us. Not impressed and app is deleted. Never again!

The worst… my son requested dominoes for his birthday dinner, pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. Not only did it take an hour and 15 minutes to show up cold also showed up with no cheese on the majority of the pizza. And when I reached out they would not refund. I will not be ordering from dominoes again. Horrible food, horrible service. Thanks for ruining my son’s birthday dinner.

The last 6 months, I’m not sure if it’s new management or what, but EVERY order is late and delayed by a lot. Whether it’s in store pickup or delivery, their estimated times through their app are off by at least an hour. Get it right or get rid of the tracker Dominos! If I knew I’d wait an hour and a half for one pizza, I never would’ve ordered to begin with.

Took an hour and 40 mins for delivery. Pizza arrived cold. Can’t even contact the store because they don’t answer the phone. They hang up on you. Completely unacceptable & unprofessional. Why do I need to heat up my pizza in the microwave? I want a refund.

I have ordered from here numerous times but likely won’t do so any more – placed a delivery order to the same address I’ve ordered to probably a dozen times before. 15 minutes or so into the order when the food was supposedly already being made, they called me and informed me that I’m outside of their delivery range this time. I live 3 miles away and they’ve never before mentioned that I’m outside of their delivery range, throughout the course of the multiple other orders I’ve had delivered here.
It would be more understandable if they had mentioned this beforehand along with one of my other orders, or even if they had called right away and explained that they couldn’t deliver to me, however even confirming that I’ve had multiple deliveries here before the only explanation they could give was that none of the drivers felt like delivering my order this time.
The Domino’s website doesn’t give me any options for other locations, nor does it even warn me that I might be out of the delivery range of the location it has me placing an order for, so I can’t really be ordering food from a place that may or may not be in the mood to actually fulfill my order.

I called to place an order because the online ordering was down, and a young man said he couldn’t take my order because they had 10 orders ahead of me and only one person working.
To give some perspective, a competitor in Grandville pleasantly took my order and upon arriving to pick it up had 8 people working and one nice lady solely at the POS taking orders; a well oiled machine with excellent customer service. I know who’ll be receiving my business from now on.

Ordered online, said my order would be ready at a certain time went there at time of pick up. I understand it was a holiday BUT the fact o waited 45 min for the them to tell.me me to use something else to order or get better phone carrier. Totally offensive and come to find out their ordering service company “INDIA” was to blame….lol this pla e is ridiculous and I felt racist. Sorry not sorry

Used to be really good…this time…AWFUL!! Bad enough to not try again. The Manager was the kindest person, but the food…DRY and tasted like off brand sauce. The sauce that you could taste, anyway. One pizza was so dry, the sausages coulda rolled right off. Food was re-made…still bad.

Two delivery drivers and two other staff members handling EVERYTHING ELSE…..needless to say they were all very stressed! Felt like there were not enough staff there for dinner service during this holiday week. Our order remained on “prep” in the app tracker for 40 minutes. While we sat and waited there were A-LOT of unhappy customers! The wait time for food did not match up for what the timing on the website. We felt really bad for the workers – it was a really stress filled atmosphere.

Ordered 3 pizzas and all had to be thrown away. They were all missing the toppings sauce and cheese! I got overcooked pepperoni on 2 and that’s not what we ordered. There is no way they could hand that out not knowing it was wrong! Sent my teenager to pick up and they said the employees were all teenagers playing around and rude.
