We had pizza and tots from there 1/26/26 and I was so sick. I felt like I instantly got the flu! Horrible stomach pain and puking. (Manager was too busy to talk to me and said it wasn’t from the pizza)
My guy and son in law ordered a bunch of food from there on the 27th. No problem.
Well, he ate the leftovers from the 26th and puked for about 12 hours!! I ate a few bites and had stomach pain and gastric issues… call for a dr appointment….. well there really isn’t anything they can do for food poisoning.. tell the place you ordered from to use better food storage or get rid of old food?? Thanks dominos.. too busy to talk to us??? We will talk to every social media outlet we have.. this is unacceptable!! I have 5 appointments to get to..
****1/29 The manager actually talked to me today…”ummm I’ve not been trained to deal with anything like this. I have to call my general manager “ bravo! It was very much like talking to a junior high student.but he didn’t hang up. He said that this was the first he heard of this incident. How many managers are there? Who was the rude one?? Who is the owner of this store? We are very loyal customers.. well, we were…
$60 ish in 2 days… when I have my 5 kids and 11 grandchildren and mates here?? The bill is a bit higher… hmmmm Pizza Hut, Eddies? Little Caesar’s?

We were disappointed to find that our order from this establishment, which was previously one of our favorites, arrived in a completely unacceptable state. When I called the manager to inform him of the issue, he responded in a manner that made me feel like I was bothering him. He was dismissive and quickly ended our conversation. Although he offered a credit for the order, his attitude implied that we were somehow responsible for the mistake, rather than recognizing the responsibility of his business in delivering a pizza with toppings scattered throughout the box. This lack of accountability and poor management skills will likely continue to drive customers away from businesses like this.

Usually I love this pizza place. Tonight I ordered carside. I seen the guy with the dreads as soon as I pulled up and he looked right at the window I sat behind so I assumed he saw me. So I texted “here” like the text says. Waited patiently watched him make a pizza. Waited 10 minutes and he ignored my text and my hazards on. So I send another “here” text and waited a few more minutes and nothing. So at this point I’m annoyed. So I go in he asked me if I had carryout I said I had carside and I have been waiting for over 10 minutes. Then he had the nerve to asked me if I checked in I said I yes, twice. He didn’t apologize for not seeing it or anything. Oh and then I got home and the pizza was cold because it sat out because the guy working didn’t want to do his job. Debating if I want to continue my business here or not.

Employees don’t know how to print a credit card receipt so I know for sure what I paid. And after the slackjawed we don’t know how to do that when leaving the store they said “got em” like they just successfully pulled one over or stole my credit card information. Either it’s gross incompetence or deliberately obstruction to steal we’ll see when I get my credit card stament.

I order here multiple times a week and today I noticed that the dough was not cooked all the way on the stuffed cheese bread , I thought it was just cheese but it was dough. So maybe make sure they cook it long enuff I have gotten sick from eating raw dough from here already so I know to double check.

I have ordered from them a few times in their pizza is usually really good and I usually have had great customer service with them.I ordered a couple of pizzas.And some breadsticks for my son’s birthday party the manager there took my order. Because I was having issues with my app. And she was super rude. They didn’t make the pizzas right? And when I got home the kids went to go dig into it and found hair inside their pizza. They didn’t touch the pizza. They only eat the bread sticks and when I call back to let them know. They refused to do anything about it.I would never eat here again
