I literally love the pizza when it’s delivered correctly or made properly based on the way I order it.
I ordered from Domino’s often and I always order extra sauce and even has that option in the ingredients section when you’re ordering.
At least a dozen times I’ve ordered extra sauce and it shows up With hardly any sauce.
So the past three or four times I’ve called immediately after placing the order through the app. I probably sound like a real tool when I explain to them. Hey I just call just to make sure Sauce on it because we sure do love the pizza with the extra sauce.
And I’m always reassured. Oh yes, yes as long as you put it in as a request on the ingredients will make sure it gets extra sauce and then it shows up with hardly any but this time really pissed me off because I called again and they treat me like a moron because I’m calling to make sure that the extra sauce actually gets put on there and then it shows up literally like cheese bread
It’s just super frustrating 50 bucks on pizza not the way I ordered it as usual yet. I’ll probably still order again because I for some reason like Domino’s pan pizza.

Tonight I ordered using their any pizza 9.99 special. I made a BBQ chicken pizza, nothing fancy. Seems they forgot to add sauce, added some of my own and it was good. Kind of lame I had to supply my own sauce. Also when you pay a tip ahead of time and select extra toppings they barely put any on at all.
I ordered online ahead so it was scheduled to be picked up and brought to car. They did bring it fast as soon as I pulled into the parking spot.

Worst experience ever. Drove 13 minutes home to arrive to burnt gross food. Extremely disappointed. There is no way they didn’t notice this. Good customer service would have been to replace it. Tried treating my kids on a single budget and it was a waste of money no one has.

Haven’t ordered Dominos for years because I was never a fan of their “dry, flavorless” pizza. Due to a promotion going on I recently ordered a few handmade pan pizzas and it was completely opposite. The food was AMAZING! Freshly made to perfection, great price and no issues with delivery. I will definitely order here in the future from here on out! A+ on everything! Thanks Dominos. Staff is polite and knowledgable, get our orders right and 99% of times it’s fantastic. Only possible complaints are that (1) there’s little difference between regular and light amount of sauce and (2) sometimes the pizzas are over-baked (especially thin crusts). However, I have NEVER had a gluten reaction from one of their gluten-free pizzas and they taste amazing.
Toppings are always fresh; especially appreciated during Lent (no meat Fridays)!

I tipped 35% and you couldn’t even follow the delivery instructions of take to the back door as it’s a duplex.
Instead, you just set in on the front porch (which is my neighbors). I did not elect that as the delivery option. You didn’t even have the decency to call me and tell me. It’s completely cold and now it literally has a bug in it.

Very good pizza. Great rewards. Delivery available. Its better to just pick up the pizza or have it delivered. There’s not really a good place to eat inside their store.
