Absolutely the worst service. I ordered a pizza at 7:30. It is cooked and ready by 7:57. I ordered a 22 dollar order with a generous 10 dollar tip, as I used to be a delivery driver. Since you tip in app, it just goes through. By 9:10 i get a call from the driver. They are at the wrong house, they then blame me for entering my address wrong. I have ordered several times from this Dominoes with the same app. When i finally get the pizza, it is smashed and mishandled. It also tasted like cigarette smoke, it was so strong the pizza smelled like cigarettes and not pizza. Im so disgusted. I threw the entire meal away, it was inedible. I hope you enjoyed the 32 dollars you guys stole from me. I wont let that happen again. See the pics of the delicious cold cigarette smelling Hawaiian pizza i recieved from this class A establishment.

I waited 2 hours for my food for me to open my box of pizza and have ants in my pizza. I called and spoke to a manager “D” he told me i would need to pay for another pizza and get it remade. Skip this Dominos. One of the worst run locations. I had an order set to be delivered at 6:30pm, didn’t show up until 7:05pm. To make matters worse is that when you try to call the store no one picks up and you have no way to get an update. Delivery driver came but didn’t have any worries whatsoever. Do yourself a favor order somewhere else.

So a couple weeks ago I placed an order (almost $50 worth) after saying I wouldn’t go to this store again I wanted to give them another shot. After 2 hours of waiting for delivery, I was on the phone trying to get my money refunded when this sweet young man named Daniel popped up. I started off not being very nice but he just maintained his composure, apologized PROFUSELY and then offered to give me a credit for the entire amount. I only half believed he would keep his word though. But today, 7.9.23 my daughter isn’t feeling well and asked for pizza so I decided to see if Daniel was a person of his word and I’m happy to say, he ABSOLUTELY 100% is. He made sure we got our same order from before and everything was perfect. As long as Daniel remains at this location, I will remain a customer. Thank you again Daniel.
