If I could rate it a zero I would!!! There’s no way it takes 2 hours to get pizza delivered and it’s 5 minutes away from the location. And when you call the manager on shift asks as if he don’t care. Then when they call you there still at the wrong location!!! Horrible service. I’ve been ordering from this location since it opened up down the street from me. Maybe new management and better customer service I’ll be back but as of tonight it’s a big NO! And in two weeks this has happened to me. Detroit on Jefferson location !!!!

The place is an absolute mess, the door is broken, and employees were rude. I went there the first time for a pick up and it was horrendous, there was food everywhere, and employees LAYING ON BOXES. I can’t believe I came back again but next time I asked for a pepperoni and funny guy thought it hilarious to give me a full pineapple pizza. I have never in my years given one star across the board to any place I have visited. This place is terrible from the dirty interior, terrible and rude customer service and horrendous wait time to pick up food that was ordered via the dominoes app. I understand that you were understaffed, but you also knew it was the weekend that a convention was in town so extra staff should have been brought on instead of telling your few employees to leave because you didn’t want to pay the labor. No safe food handling preparation was observed, just constant possible food contamination with not a care in the world.

Domino’s located on East Jefferson sucks everything is disgusting. Buffalo wings are continuously raw. The pizza is so soggy From not being done you can’t even pick it up. Why did they even open this location? I want my money back. This is the second time they got me. It will never be a third!!

The tracker said food was delivered, but after more than a half hour we still hadn’t received it at our hotel. The front desk said they saw a Domino’s car arrive but then left. The store was supposed to be open until 2 but between 12:55 – 1:30, the phone went unanswered.
When the food finally arrived, we said we had just almost ordered food from elsewhere and the driver just said, you wouldn’t even believe this…but that was all he said. The food was not hot, and the quality was poor.

I placed an order for delivery and it took over two hours for the delivery to arrive. The food was in the delivery vehicle for over an hour until it arrived at my door. The pizza was burnt and cold, and all of the rest of the food was cold as well. I attempted to call the store, but I was on hold for over 25 minutes And no one answered.
