Why if I’m standing in this business and see my pizza come out you and ask you all 3 times where my pizza is you give it to me 9 mins later mild hit the when I drive home it’s cold. My wife came in this evening and ordered 3 pizzas. She ordered my Philly cheesesteak pizza but, wanted it without the dough being rolled in cornmeal; which has been done SEVERAL TIMES in the past. Not only was this not done but, after putting it on the bottom surface; it was also flipped and done on both sides!!! Also, the lady making said pizza; had a nasty attitude!!! We will NOT be returning to this location!

I placed my order online and didn’t arrive at the store until 5 minutes after the app told me that my order was ready. There was a line when I walked in, and I also noticed a lot of food in the oven. The name board also indicated that my order was ready. The young lady at the counter stated that she didn’t see my oder after looking for about 2 minutes. Eventually, I was told that my order wasn’t made and that it would be 10 minutes. I didn’t protest even though I knew that was a lie, seeing all of the orders that the cooks already had lined up and the food in the amount of food in the oven. When I asked about compensation, the young lady looked at me like I slapped her. I suppose someone told her to offer me a pop, and she did. My order consisted of a couple of pizzas and a couple of orders of bread, and she offered me a 12 oz. Sprite. When I reminded her of how large my order was and the fact that I order from this store a couple of times a month, and that I wasn’t even made about the mistake, she told me to take it or leave it. 30 minutes after I first arrived, I walked out with my order, and I heard one of the workers ask her why she didn’t just give me a 2 liter? Not sure what she said….
