I’ve ordered from here before no problems but I have no idea what happened last night the worst I’ve ever had, the food was not put in hot bags so it was cold and was missing food I understand it was a larger order but just bad cold and soggy food. I won’t order from here ever again. When I called they said they couldn’t do a refund but could just deliver more back to us and realistically that would have taken an hour, so I said just give me store credit but I want my money back pull the cameras and watch what happened. I spent over 100$. Couldn’t even save anything it’s was gross and literally ordered the wings special because that’s what everyone wanted and didn’t get them.

I ordered from here a few times but never picked it up myself. I went to pick it up tonight, only to see the girl that was making the pizza with her phone in one hand talking on it while putting the toppings on the pizza with her bare hands, no gloves!! Really, ok not really a big deal, they must wash it after each pizza. Only to see her put the pizza in the oven and wipe her hands in her pants multiple times and just went on to make another menu item, while the box of gloves was sitting right there. I will not be ordering from this location again. Phones are the nastiest thing and to see her on it without washing her hands tells me a lot. Serving up nasty pizza. No thank you.

Driver forgot a pizza on the first try. No big deal. Called to say hey can you guys send my pizza. The girl who answered told me I must have the wrong store. I pointed out i got the number off the receipt. Girl gets manager. After a few minutes waiting manager answers with “yeah what’s your problem?” Sounding so annoyed I was butting into his time. “We’ll send it back when she gets here” End of conversation. No apology. Just the same pizza that’s now a half hour older.

I don’t usually eat Domino’s but I got the viral TicTok Philly Steak pizza and wow it was soooo good. I might be hooked. I got pepperoni for the ones who don’t eat bacon. I tasted a slice it was a 7 out of 10. The other pizza pictured a 10 out of 10. The custom pizza was kinda expensive, over $20.

One question to the person cutting this pizza. Would you pay for a pizza that looks like this. Eight Large bubbles pushed ingredients to the center. Looks like an issue with dough proofing. You’d think they would know how to make a pizza without a two inch wide crust. We were just disappointed in our pizza tonight. It’s obvious Store manager or district manager doesn’t read Google reviews.

Normally I get great pizza from Garden City Domino’s on Ford Rd. This time not so good. I asked for well done and cheese it up. Two pieces of the pizza does not even have half the pizza slice covered in any topping or cheese. The pan pizza is as flat as a round. I paid extra for a pan. The bread looks good, but there was hardly any bacon on it. I might start going to a different location or Jets for what I paid.

I ordered the large 9.99 special with Steak and mushrooms with extra cheese and sauce and it was absolutely perfect. The delivery driver passed my house and stopped and got out of his car and ran my order to me so fast and with a positive attitude. His name is Tony and was very kind as he gave my order to me. Thank you Domino’s and Tony for a great pizza with awesome delivery

The box probably would have tasted better than the pizza. Ordered two pizzas with one of the items being onions. They forgot the onions on both so they cooked them separately and sprinkled them on the top. Overall was very mediocre at best, I won’t be back for more bad pizza. When I came in the store to pick up my order I was ignored ever though there were lots of workers. So stay clear from this place if your looking for a decent pizza.
