Is normally good and fast but literally watched the tracker come and go past my address 3 or 4 times. 40 min delivery when I live 10 to 15 min away. Live on Ortman Lane in lafayette driver come all the way to Teasdale Drive then turns around and goes all the way to Barnabas Lane. Then all the way back to 231 then turns around to come up 9th Street to Ortman Lane. Easily added another 30 min to my wait. Long wait for them just so they can give me a pizza box that looks like somebody sat on it. Went ahead and filed a claim. Would not advise delivery. My address is literally 3 miles from the store. The total route the driver took was a total of 12 miles give of take a mile.

Went back to 38 location of Dominos and they did really good got it as a carryout order and it was done on time and was ready to go staff seemed very friendly. My pizza was very good.

Ok from the looks of it this place is horrible look at the reviews. I ordered two large pizzas party cut they wasn’t & when I brought it up she shrugged her shoulders so I told her I want them remade. She start slamming things around the kitchen another lady had to step in to help her she kelp wiping her nose as she proceeded to make the food when I called to complain about the behavior the morning manager said THAT WAS LAST NIGHT TODAY IS A NEW DAY. This place is disgusting, very rude I will never order from this location again I don’t recommend no one else to either.

The lady with the ponytail working the drive thru this evening was beyond rude. I pull up to retrieve my order and immediately she has an attitude upon opening the drive thru window. I say hi and tell her I’m picking up my order and she just ignores me, rolls her eyes and goes to look through the boxes on the counter. I gave her the benefit of the doubt (maybe she didn’t hear me say hello), and said thank you before grabbing my pizza. Again, she says nothing. I stare at her anticipating at least a “thank you”. Not even expecting a “have a nice day” like what normal customer service people say. I say it again, thinking she didn’t hear me. Receive absolutely nothing for a response. Shuts the window on me and turns away. Is this place always like this? Or is it just this one employee who can’t be bothered to do a decent job?

First time ordering in 4 years because of previous bad experiences. They sent the wrong order. Asked them to make a new one because we didn’t want cold pizza. They finally, after an hour and a half, delivered a luke-warm pizza. Bad pizza and horrible customer service. Will never order from Domino’s again.

Very disappointed. I waited in my car for over 30 minutes while the employees stood around talking. They brought out orders right away for other customers, but ignored mine. When I finally went inside to get my food, the staff laughed as I walked out. The service was disrespectful and unprofessional. One star, and I won’t be back.
