The last two times I have ordered pizza from here this is what I received. It’s paper thin and hard, Do better. They will remake a pizza but you have to drive 20 minutes back to the store. I just ordered papa John’s and tossed the pizza. How is a pizza slice the same width as the pepperoni

I did not receive all of my items that I had ordered, so my husband went back inside to ask about the missing items. The worker asked if he wanted to wait for them to be re-made or just a refund? He decided to wait, and she went back to tell the others to remake the items, and they started calling my husband a liar and that they made the items. Other workers joined in saying he was a liar before another member told them that they could be heard. My husband told them to not make the items and to refund our money! Not very professional when your customer is standing in front of you and you start talking shit!! I understand mistakes are made and it was probably just forgotten due to it being busy, and I don’t mind waiting or to just refund it and move on. However, to have them call my husband a liar in front of his face over breadsticks is ridiculous!! I would not trust them to make my food after that, because now they are mad. Will not go here again!! Plus, the pizza we did get…sucked!! Dry and burnt.

I placed an online order for 3 medium pizza. I received 2. When I called the store to report the missing pizza, I was informed by the delivery driver Seth that he delivered 3 pizza however as he was living out he saw a gentleman who said to him he wanted a pizza and he took it. I was told there was nothing they could do and to call the police to report it. This is very poor customer service and I do not recommend delivery services from this location.

The customer service was fine when I picked up our food. The pizzas were nasty. The dough wasn’t done and it was loaded with grease. I didnt return the pizzas because we didnt want a replacement, the first round made us sick. We have eaten Domino’s many, many times. This visit will probably be our last, never again.

So let me just say this, I’ve been a customer of Domino’s for over 35 plus yrs. Back when it was located on Tillotson Ave. One side was the VP the other side was the laundry mat. And Domino’s was in the middle of both of them. So you are going to tell me i can’t order extra cheese on my sub sandwich?? Thats how I want my sandwich! As I’m a paying customer!! Over $30,000.00 dollars spent here over the yrs! Never again will I get a thing from Domino’s!

I can’t really attest to the atmosphere or pickup (although we waited for an hour in the car to pick up) but there was an offer about two months ago my husband and I decided to go for as we don’t normally get pizza. The offer probably caused the pickup time so it’s whatever.
The ACTUAL issue – I honestly can’t see myself ever ordering a dominos again because baked into one of the pizzas was a house fly and it was by absolute luck that I spotted it before eating. I was mostly wondering what the black thing was and then realisation hit. Absolutely disgusting tbh. Not only was that a thing but I also thought about it more and basically the prep area must be gross with those house flies constantly landing on toppings and pizzas and it isn’t under control, so whether the fly ends up baked into your pizza like mine was or not, they’ve probably been landing and possibly laying eggs on pizzas and uncovered food.
I felt sick to my stomach after seeing it and so anxious as to whether I’d ate eggs or possibly another fly before finding that one. I genuinely won’t order a Dominos again and just wanted to give other folk a heads up that there might be a house fly problem there.
