I just left from dairy queen in valley. On my lunch break i desided to have a strawberry shake, dairy queen is closer to my work, and 9 and a half times oit off 10 the other fastfood chaines you can never get shake as the shake machine is always down. I desided to get a meal and tried the number one combo with a coke no ice, the cashier seemed to be annoyed with me because i asked for a receipt. Because i thought that $17.59 was a little much for what i ordered. After receiving my drink itood the cashier that i had ordered a large coke with no ice, she proceeded to fix a new drink this time i received a large mr pibb with no ice, i was already turning onto 29 when i tasted the drink, i backed back up into the parking lot and just went inside to get this corrected again. I was not in least bit rude or hateful in any way shape or form, I also work with the public and know what its like for a customer to be rude to us because they were having a bad day. The cashier mad at me because she couldnt do her job and get a simple drink correct. I guess it was a manager or someone in charge came out and she fixed a new drink for me. That done right this time i come on back to work and went to the break room to eat my lunch, the fries were great fresh even. My nacon double with 2 cheese was horrible. The patties were burnt and dry like it had been under a warmer for hours. Maybe its just the evening shift, I dont know, beause I’ve always gotten good service on the day shift. It will be a long time coming before i eat there again.

We got ice cream sundaes for a party at West Point Elementary. The owner always works to help our school. They are very helpful and friendly. They work hard to make ordering and pick up quick and easy. We appreciate the support for our school parties!!

Food was hot and fresh. I ordered the chicken finger baskets with the onion rings and fries. I ordered one with gravy. The gravy wasn’t seasoned very well. Chicken fingers seemed to be the standard frozen chicken finger.

I’ve stopped at this location a few times and normally use the drive through. But this last time we decided to have our blizzard inside. We were greeted, our order was taken and the staff brought us our ice cream. It was quick, clean and tasty. The staff was nice too.

I have always loved Dairy Queen and still stop in to purchase their delicious frozen treats. However, over the past 2 months I purchased the Wild Alaskan Fish Sandwich and the Chicken basket for 3 separate lunches and within 20 minutes after consuming, I had a terrible upset stomach each time that lasted for 2 days with severe headache and nausea. All the other dairy products and hot foods have never caused me health issues except the fish and chicken meals. I’m concerned about cross contamination at the Valley Dairy Queen so I will not purchase these specific meats there again. I will continue as a customer because of my love for great ice cream and their service is impeccable.
