I was very disappointed when we received our pizza burnt and dry. Spoke with the manager and he made sure his team remade the order. So we placed an order about an hour and 40 minutes ago we gave them the benefit of the doubt because we thought they may be slow. We call them back and said they made a mistake and put it down for delivery. Not only did they forget about us and makes mistake, and do not wanna make it right they failed to tell us the coupon was for pick up only I get this place one star because they didn’t even try to make it right we have a family event and everyone’s been hungry for the last hour. On June 8th 2023, I went online and ordered two $6.99 each 12″ median size pan pizzas with two toppings for pickup at Domino’s in Wabash Indiana. It said that it was accepting the two for $6.99 coupon. I was charged over $18 before taxes instead of twice the $6.99 which would have amounted to around $14. This was the online checkout price, in other words $18+ plus tax for a total of $20.09 when I checked out online. When I went to pick it up at the Wabash Indiana Domino’s the attendant said that he did not make the price it came from online. My complaint is the online order system accepted my $6.99 for each pan pizza with two toppings coupon but then did not reliably use it in calculating the final price before taxes or it would have been around $14 versus 18+. Now I don’t trust online pizza coupons to reliably calculate the order so I may not use Domino’s anymore. This is shameful!

Our pizza did not look the best but tasted good. We ordered 16 BQQ wings was not satisfied with how they tasted and how they were put together. First off they cold and not cooked all the way and had to finished cooking them in the air fryer at home until they were nice and crisp. Then when we got home they had no sauce on them they gave use one small diping container off BQQ sauce and had to use more from home. If this the case then then don’t advertise them with BQQ sauce already on them. We will probably not get the bone out wings again but still come back for the pizza

It’s a domino’s, the quality of the pizza is on par with a typical Domino’s Pizza. This time around there was an issue with one of our pizzas so we had to wait a few minutes since we chose carry-out, the worker gave us a complimentary drink for waiting which was nice but not needed (we did not ask for anything, but it was appreciated) One of our pizzas had some toppings shifted off the edge. This is not something we see a lot of here and it didn’t bother us as it truly affected two pieces. 4 out 5 times our order is absolutely perfect, and the other 1 time they’re typically trying to make things right and that can go a long way for repeat business.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by very polite employees! I was given different options for the questions I asked and my food was hot and ready fast! They even brought everything to me while I was waiting instead of yelling my name. I live 20 minutes from town and when I got home the food was still hot and delicious! Great job! Thank you so much!
