My pizza came to me burnt! I’m not sure how it’s possible but I ordered delivery and even with it burnt the food was cold as if they left it sit outside in the 20 degree temps. I called up to ask for a re make on my food and told them they can have this back and they refused to remake my food and they were rude in the process. I spoke to a Kendall on the phone claimed to be the stores general manager and idk if she was just saying that or if it’s true but if that’s the stores GM and that’s how dominos does business then I’ll take my business to Pizza Hut or papa John’s next time and I hope you consider it too then getting burnt food and being talked down to.

Over the course of the last 12 months the food and service has gone up tremendously. The food and service both was trash a couple years ago to the point that even if I could bear to deal with the horrible service the food wasn’t any better cheap ingredients with no flavor no matter what you ordered it was very Bland with no flavor or taste. The pizza was always made with no care for concern for its presentation. Since then we have ordered here very often and everything has turned around a hundred fold. It is now become one of my favorite Pizza franchises around Fort Wayne not only for its taste but also its price if you order online and use the coupons on there it is extremely affordable when I have friends over they can’t believe how good the pizza is or how little I paid for it.

Horrible. Pizza upside down and on k e side of the box. Unfortunately this is the 5th time. I am erasing my app and never dealing with this disappointment again! I work so hard I order in and my meal has been pulverized 5 times. 5 times dominos! 5. You can do better. I won’t hang around to see that happen

After 3 years of rumors, this location has finally opened. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food is up to standards…and I can tell you that the US version of Domino’s (compared to Belgium, United Kingdom, Portugal & Spain) is far superior to other country’s….and in my opinion Domino’s is superior pizza to the other national chains in town. The best part is that they deliver to most of Waynedale! The competition will likely notice the decline in business…

Placed Order No. 547 on 05/11/2020 at 7:13PM and received our pizzas within the given time of 26-36 minutes. But that’s the only positive about this order.
We ordered two pizzas — one large deluxe pizza on the Brooklyn crust and one large double pepperoni on thin crust. My next question is, where are all the toppings? Is there a pizza topping shortage that I’m not aware of currently?
The photo I posted has one slice of the deluxe pizza on the left, with two slices of the double pepperoni on the right.
For the deluxe pizza, all I tasted really was sauce and crust. Very thin cheese-wise, and very little anything else.
For the double pepperoni, while it had a tad more of it compared the deluxe, I was expecting a lot more since I paid extra.
I realize that there aren’t many options on the south side for pizza, but I’ll just stick to the Supper Supreme from Pizza Hut.
