Domino’s pizza really delivered tonight! WoW! Was so awesome, and was at our door in 25 minutes! Great staff, and delivery driver’s that all were very friendly, and treated us so well truly added to the entire experiance! Awesome large pizza at a very reasonable price, washed down with a two liter of diet cola, and the awesome pizza pie was topped off with parmeson, and Romano cheese here at home. Excellent job Domino’s! Thanks for being so truly awesome!

Extremely disappointing hearing the new GM manager is implementing a rule that no one is allowed to sit in their area without making a purchase from them. Think about all of the elderly/disabled customers in Huntington. Sometimes that 5 minutes of sitting is the difference of their pain. Really sad to see.

We thought our total was 62$. We gave him 70, not paying attention when he said the total at the door. he then looked at me and said thanks for the dollar and slammed the door in my face. When he could have politely said “your order was almost 70, there’s not a tip here and I would have went back to my wallet to tip him. Delivery time consistently around double whatever time their site claims. The food is always cold as well. Last 3 orders looked like day old pizza. The cheese had that old dry look where they let them sit for so long before delivery without keeping them warm. Drivers have the same bags as the other places, but if it isn’t warm when they put it in there it doesn’t stand a chance of being anything but cold by the time it gets to me.
If you watch the tracker after ordering, you’ll notice it sits under “quality check” for the majority of the time. They must let every employee check the quality, cause it takes forever. I can say I’ve only got the wrong order once, so there’s that.
Considering I’ve had to take it straight from my front door to my oven to make it warm the last few orders, I think I’d rather them rush it out the door and get the wrong order so long as it’s above room temperature.
They can just keep their pizza. Too expensive now anyway. Especially considering the quality you end up with.

We received a coupon in the mail for our local Domino’s in Huntington. I ordered the pizza & told them on the phone I had a coupon, they were fine with it. My husband went in 20 min later to get the pizza & they wouldn’t honor their own coupon, tried to charge us an extra $5. We will not do business with them again, now we know why their rating is a 3.6.

So we went home to order it .We’ll ,then you had to have a $13 minimum order to get it delivered .
