I want to be clear that I have had zero issues with any of the workers or normal staff here. The food has been great and without issue. However, when I went in last week to pick up my pizza they were busy, and I needed to wait, so me and my GF sat down. During our 10-15 minutes wait, the manager Melissa was mistreating every single employee in the building. She was yelling at people, cussing at people, and insulting people. I had to hear her insult her assistant manager and berate him while also listing out their inventory numbers and percentages they will be off because “she doesn’t get enough help”. She is god awful and is the sole reason I will no longer go here. She is stuck up and even started to get sassy with me when I confronted her before leaving. I have worked in fast food before, even during opening day when we sold out of everything, and that behavior is not appropriate, especially in front of customers. This isn’t rocket science, but clearly she can’t even handle managing a pizza place and needs to grow up.

I recently started eating dominoes and I always order it through the app for delivery. Today I was out and decided to call in for pick up. I placed my order at 5:10pm and was told it would be ready within 30min. I got there at 5:50 AND THE PLACE WAS PACKED! I checked in at the counter and was told it would be another 15mins. I sat and observed the staff . I love the way the manager compliments and encourages the staff. “Great job guys” “pizzas lookin good “ . It was nice to see that even under pressure and busy they communicated respectfully and was doing the best they could. The gentleman at the register seemed new. He asked questions and everyone helped. I sat for a while but noticed it was 6:27 I asked about my order and the gentleman couldn’t find it in the system! The manager came and found it under my number and my order was Ready sitting on the counter.They both apologized and we laughed it off. A busy Saturday night new guy on the register it was kind of hard to even be upset with the wait. He told me to have a blessed day and waited on the next customer. I only had a medium cheese pizza But I love the energy, hustle and hard-work the staff displayed. Others got upset and mad. But I honestly understood. I’ll order again, but for delivery. The parking lot is too small. Keep up the good work guys I was hungry.

The pizza is good but the service is TERRIBLE! This is the nearest dominos to my house so I always order from here but every time I order curbside they NEVER come out!! I even leave them tips for bringing the pizza out and they never come. This last time I waited for 10 minutes and I go inside and they pizza is just sitting there getting cold like really guys?? I understand if they are short staffed but then COMMUNICATE!! My number is there! Call me! Text me! Or better yet, just take the option off the website because they never come out!

Fast and efficient. I have not had Domino’s since I was younger. Earlier this year we decided to give it a go. To my surprise, is a lot better than it used to be. We always have a pleasant experience. There are many custom builds on the app. We have never waited more than 2 minutes to get our carryout orders. The negative thing about this location is the tiny parking lot. We have literally been blocked in because people were too impatient to wait for us to pull out of the lot.

I got wrong toppings on my pizza. I just selected one topping from Online app and order in advanced because i was low on time. It was a VEGETARIAN PIZZA but still they put NON-VEGETARIAN TOPPING…And then i had to wait 20mins more for them to remake my pizza with a single correct topping. This is very disappointing TBH. I got my things late even though everything was planned in advance. Very disappointed.

They get the pizzas done right the 1st time 99% of the time, especially when utilizing their mobile website or the app. Love the Dominos pizza tracker. I especially love that you can buy your own pizza bag(s) at this location for $4.99, which not only keeps your pizzas warm when you order carryout, but also gets you a free 2-liter of soda for EACH bag you own/bring EVERY order/visit you bring the pizza bag(s) with you. We’ve got our $4.99 back MANY times over and our pizzas stay warm. You can’t beat it.

Last 4 orders were wrong, one was so inedible the stuffed crust pizza was basically just raw cheese and dough ball they had so much it couldn’t cook ans there was a single bite of actual pizza on each piece. I have called, they won’t answer the phone. This never happened before with Melissa the manager. Whoever is running this place should be ashamed. ANSWER THE PHONE!!

I called in the order. I tried the New stuff crust pizza. It was awesome. My pizza was ready exactly when they said it would be. Which was great, because I hate having my time waisted. The cashier was professional. Actually looking around. Everyone was doing their job without any horseplay. I was in and out. I highly recommend this location.
