They took over an hour on my order. And they didn’t even get my order right. Ordered a beef pizza and they didn’t add the beef, added spinach to my bbq pizza and didn’t add it, instead they added bacon which we can’t eat for religious reasons & paid extra for pan and one side was flat and it looked like a regular pizza. I tried giving this place another shot and it’s just horrible.

Recieved wrong pizza and it wasnt cut, not that big of deal, until I went up there to get remade or refund which ever was easier for them. They opened the box looked in, looked at my receipt, and then looked at me and asked what’s wrong with it… I ordered the feta & spinach, added chicken and banana peppers got a red sauce with tomato, black olives with the chicken and other stuff I added… I said thats not the right pizza and asked me what I ordered… so I told them what was on the receipt and that I didnt order anything else on it. And they told me 30 40 which is fine only 3 people in there working all.together including driver. So I asked if I could get a refund and they didnt answer or seem to acknowledge it and just kept making pizzas. As a line stsrted forming and noone seemed to acknowledge them either. So I had to walk out without my pizza and a refund. And had to get online and call for one. Lady in charge was not in control and understaffed and untrained. Feta and spinach pizza comes with Alfredo and cheeses amd spinich…. idk what that was.

Do not order from this domino’s. We have received the wrong pizza 3 different times. My fiance just went to talk to them, and they said it would take them 40 minutes to remake the correct pizza. He then asked for a refund, and they just turned around and walked away. I waited on the phone line for 40 minutes to talk to someone before my fiance left… nobody ever answered the phone. My fiance said the phone line kept ringing when he went in there and they’re just not answering it, so I hung up. I filled out a customer service form footie someone to contact me because it’s impossible to talk to someone to fix this issue.

I ordered thru the online app and it said my food was ready. I get up to the place to get my pizza and they haven’t even got my pizzas started. Yet told me it would be a few minutes. I sat in my car for 40 mins after that. With NO compensation at all. Mind you they had someone else’s mobile order ready before mines. Avoid this place.

I ordered last week for the first time from this location, despite the low reviews. I should have stayed away.
On the order were two pizzas and two pastas. The pastas were dry (not enough sauce) and burnt. No idea how the person who made it decided to send that. One pizza was actually correct, but another was missing a whole topping.
I recommend Brownsburg Domino’s, everything that comes from there is top quality.

I placed an online delivery order and an hour goes by and it’s still not here so I called and the guy said it would be a little longer so I wait another hour then I call back and he says I should just come pick it up because it’s not getting delivered. So we go up there and our food hasn’t even been started. They had thrown tickets to the side so they didn’t have to make them. They were rude and disrespectful the entire time. I’ve tried multiple times to get ahold of someone and I keep getting nothing. No return email no solution nothing! The food is always disgusting and burnt especially the pastas. The pizzas are always wrong and overcooked. Please don’t ever order from this dominoes again. I noticed under every review there’s some automated message saying reach out and we’ll fix it. That’s a lie. You’ll reach out and they’ll never even read the email or listen to the voicemail. I’ve never thought a business should be shut down but this one definitely should be.

The drivers are always polite. The food, though, is either messed up or cold almost every time. This time, the mac n cheese that I paid $7.00 for had literally 6 bites in it. Not even at the halfway point. The pizza was so cold. It was dried out.

I usually build and order my own pizza that include onion pineapples black olives and green peppers and NORMAL cheese. i always order it from the store near my home. This is the first time i order from this store and i really regret it i will never ever order from it again. It was sooo cheesy, the order took 34 mins to be ready the girl working there “Malaysia” seems not to care at all, i entered the store 20min after i ordered and she said i’m preparing it that’s it she didn’t apologize or anything.

My order was incorrect and when I returned it and went inside no one has on gloves while making the pizza. Everyone is touching tools, computer screens, drive through window etc and not washing or sanitizing their hands
