I usually build and order my own pizza that include onion pineapples black olives and green peppers and NORMAL cheese. i always order it from the store near my home. This is the first time i order from this store and i really regret it i will never ever order from it again. It was sooo cheesy, the order took 34 mins to be ready the girl working there “Malaysia” seems not to care at all, i entered the store 20min after i ordered and she said i’m preparing it that’s it she didn’t apologize or anything.

The past 3 times I’ve ordered from this location my order has been canceled. The first 2 times was because there were no delivery drivers and I understood so I picked up both orders and they were great. However, I just placed my order tonight for carry out and it was immediately canceled. I called the store and after being on hold for a few minutes, the call was ended. I thought I accidentally ended the call so I called 2 more times and both calls were ended after a few minutes of being on hold. I’m a very understanding person but this is ridiculous! Someone is at the store, picking up the phone and immediately hanging up. Why? If there was an issue, I just wanted to know so I could figure out something else.

Absolutely terrible experience. They deserve no stars. I made a delivery order. I was told it would be delivered in 42-52 minutes. After an hour, nothing. I tried calling to cancel my order and nobody picked up. I was on hold long enough to have to drive to the location and cancel my order from the drive through. They hadn’t even got my order in the oven. If you can’t staff this location. Then you need to shut it down.

Had been wanting to try the loaded tots so I placed an order for the Melty Three Cheese ones. At $7.62 for the order, which includes tax, I was fairly disappointed. While I didn’t count them, there was maybe 12 tots. The cheese was more oily than melty. Will not be ordering them again.

Don’t expect your pizza to arrive if you order online. After 2 hours of no delivery i called the store but no answer all 10 times i called and being on hold for a total of an hour. I drive there just to be told “We don’t have a driver so we had to cancel all deliveries.” No phone call, email, text, nothing!!! Never again!

We tried the loaded tots and bread twists with the 4 cheese dip along with 4 pizzas. It was okay. We ordered online and checked in before we entered and just watched the screen to see when our order was ready. I mean its dominos so we don’t expect primo food. It does the trick.
